Not impressed with the service I received. The girl that served me was nice, but 4 months later I realise she did not cancel all of my services and added notes to my file that were not correct?

I found their customer service here great today.
But I'm not sure if I want to go with Telstra for my mobile service.

We had such a great experience there yesterday. My sister has been having trouble with her phone for over six months, and no one has been able to help her
After getting no help at Apple, she was assisted by Cody at Telstra, and he was so polite and helpful, and took time to solve her problem. All the staff at this store were polite and friendly
My sisters phone was fixed by Cody, and he had to spend a fair bit of time on it
He was very polite to two older ladies
Well done Telstra Charlestown!

I aim a Business Customer with Telstra (2 Accounts)
I was Called this Store about, Buying a New Samsung Tab S8 5G (? Cost $1500) I have Gave up on them calling me back (Called Twice).

Now i have gone to a JB HiFi to Buy the Same Unit: As they as Pick up the Phone or Call you back within a Hr

When Telstra Business Store was at Broadmedows - 5 Star Services
when Dealing with the Telstra Shopping Centres (Singleton - Greenhills - Charlestown) they have Little or Next 2? % Care Factor is below Most Shoe Sizes (Not Talking Metric)

Called in to this Telstra store, and was greeted by Issac who was really helpful, understood my situation and was happy to assist.

He organised a time for me to return and I was then assisted by Terry who was fabulous. She organised everything that I needed, addressed some other phone issues that I had, wrote the information down for me (I'm not tec savvy) and I left the store with everything sorted and feeling that I hadn't been a bother.

Thanks Terry and Issac you were both terrific and the customer service awesome.

Terrible customer service. Not one person acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, even though they weren’t helping other customers at the time. Certainly won’t be wasting my time going into this Telstra store again.

Had a great experience on Wednesday 19th Jan with really helpful staff. Suggested a fix to my problem which cost $9.95 and saved lots of worry. Maddie and Kyle get my vote

Terrible customer service and their conflict resolution is basically non existent. They will sell you a product and not explain that they will make changes on your account. Without getting verbal or written consent, they will then make unsolicited changes to your account and sell you a product you didn't ask for and not resolve their mistakes.

Walked in the door 7.30pm and the staff member that came upto me told me he couldn't do much for me as he wanted to shut the shop an hour early at 8pm instead of 9pm (thursday) and couldn't get me out the door quick enough

Sadly had a really bad experience. I tried calling the store before entering, we couldn't get onto the store at all. Waited in line for 40 minutes whilst watching one staff member serve customers whilst 3 others stood around behind the kiosk and chatted. Finally got served to transfer ownership of my phone and pay out the plan, only to be hit with a (I'd say) smug staff member shrugging us off and saying that they couldn't help us.

Working in a similar line of work myself, I'd suggest having one of the staff members that weren't doing anything come up to the people waiting in line, advise the wait time and ask if the pop-up Telstra store could actually help the customer. I don't mind waiting to get served properly but it was a total slap in the face being told that they couldn't help after 40 minutes.

I ended up going to the Kotara store, who were much more helpful, but the overall lack of support I've had from Telstra has made me decide that I want to change carriers.

Unhelpful and just directed me to go to Charlestown. No effort to understand that I wanted to return something. Said he would have to charge me if I left it there. Is there such a thing as customer service these days? Obviously not at Telstra. Use another provider people!

RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, UNTRAINED STAFF. One of the WORST customer experiences of my life. I visited the store today to find that only certain customers were allowed inside. The floor manager and his co-worker were standing at the entrance talking to customers, who had to line up. I approached the staff member Patrick Bishenden, who did not even offer a greeting. I explained that I had been billed incorrectly, and that there was a $100 charge on my bill for no reason. He asked to see the bill on my phone. I asked why he could not log into his computer (there were 4 free computers at the registerers) and see it himself. He aggressively pushed to see the bill on my personal email. Without asking or explaining what he was doing he then took the phone out of my hands and proceeded to look through my personal bill. He saw that the charge was a mistake, and then instead of offering a solution, proceeded to try to sell me a new, more expensive plan. I said very clearly that I had no problem with my current plan, and again asked how this charge can be removed. He said that he could not do a credit to my account in store, and suggested requesting a credit on the Telstra app. I said that I have already tried this on the app and on the Telstra website, and Telstra is not processing billing problems at the moment. He then proceeded to take my phone out of my hands again without asking. I asked him what he was doing. He then gave me the phone back and he had gone to the app store without my permission and told me to download the app. I signed in and approved the download, then asked him what he proposed me to do. He then AGAIN took the phone from my hands, and proceeded to start a message conversation with Telstra support. I had no idea what he was doing on my phone, and I asked him if he was even going to explain to me what he was doing. He said that I had to send a message on the app to Telstra, and they would credit my account. I asked him, "so you can't access billing here in the store? " and his manager confirmed this, and said that the only way to fix TELSTRA's problem was to message them on the app. What a joke! I will now be completely cancelling my plan with Telstra, and never having anything to do with this hopeless company ever again!

WOW even the telstra stores phones dont work, automated 1800 number cut my off, then wanted me to leave a message to buy a new phone What a Joke? How about answering your phone? 1 star as none lower

Staff are uncooperative, make mistakes, do not listen to your requests, fob you off and postpone returning your calls. Telstra itself is bad enough but these people make Telsra look good. DO NOT USE.
