After ordering the wrong motherboard, and not being able to find a replacement no offer of a refund was offered rather they wanted to me to spend another $300 to upgrade the wrong one. The morals here are always do your research before you buy something & stick with bigger online companies that allow you to return items ordered in error. I think this is the first time I've ever given a bad review for anything before but this is the first & possibly last time I deal with a smaller business in regards to computers.

Great store with really friendly people, very helpful and have lot of knowledge would highly recommend checking it out even if it's just for a browse.

One of the best PC and tech stores in Coffs, extremely friendly and helpful staff that can solve your tech needs.

Make it simple, Four people in the shop one serving a customer (two) one on the phone (three) and myself (four) i waited for about five minutes then another customer walked in, that makes (five) this is where it got very confusing for them, the customer who was being served walked out which makes (four) again, then guess what these low tech people served the wrong person, 1,2,3,4,5. See how 4 comes before five, it should be simple, but these guys can't work it out, if they can't work that out, i ask what else they can't work out, you be the judge, but i would go somewhere else, good computer shop in the plaza i hear.

Quality products, astounding friendly and informative customer service, and quick order turn around time.very pleased with Tech Addicts, found my new go to tech shop.
