Matt, Sam, Jacob & the team provided me a competitive quote for the parts needed and they proceeded with to rebuild a better computer than the one I gave them.

We recently upgraded our office computer and after looking at a few different options at the big retailers, we decided to go with a custom built computer from Tech Addicts. We got a much better computer at a very competitive price and the technicians were great with helping iron out a few problems we had getting an older MYOB program to run compatibly with the newer system.

More than a year after purchasing a custom built PC through them, I moved internationally and had warranty headaches due to the parts being from Australia. I had to ship the broken component back to AUS and Matt and his team patiently and sympathetically helped me for months without making another penny of profit resolving my situation. You won't find a more professional, knowledgable, helpful tech shop on earth. If you live in Coffs or nearby, you're lucky to have them.

Tricked me into buying gear I didnt need by saying stuff was broken when it wasn't when I didn't have time to fix it. Nearly $2000
later, when I had time, solved the problem myself. Everyday I sit at my computer I continue to get a little angrier at the contempt and theft. I wonder how many people walk out thanking them, not having any way of knowing how they've been ripped off.

We spoke to the team at TechAddicts about a storage system for our growing business. They recommended a system and it arrived the next day.
