Went into Tech Addicts to get an i7 installed and couldn't have been happier with the communication and service provided. There were a few hiccups along the way, and a decent wait time while the team tried to iron out a few problems caused by the installation of the i7. However, I was updated every step of the way, and the problems were clearly explained to me by Sam and the team. In the end, the issue was resolved, and I walked out happy. Highly recommend!

Was on holidays in Coffs but had to do some work remotely. We had issues with logging on and popped in and saw Sam.
Sam assessed the issue, offered some advice and the issue was resolved in under 5 minutes.

Always get great service and advice when looking for PC parts to upgrade my system. 10/10 is always my go to for anything from a replacement PSU after the old one blew, to upgraded Tower, SSD or RAM, or even just needing longer SATA cables for the hard drive.
