Tax Refund On Spot

Awfull experience. I did my tax return for the 1st time and They charge me 110 dollars for it. I got a discount coupons from them and in that coupon itz written that 49 dollars for tax returns. And a lady over there charge me 110 dollars by saying silly excuse.
Itz not a good place.

Never again! Will charge you hidden fees! I have the receipt that you charged me last year! And im tryimg to ask about those hidden fees but you wont even answer my question!

I had used these guys before and had no problem.
However this year they charged me $750 to get an advance of $250. No way is it tax on the spot! My actual return was close to $4000 which after much stuffing around I finally got. Extremely long wait to contact them by phone and the online service is long and complex. I'm never going back!

I screwed up.should have read reviews first! Saw that most of the 5 star reviews are computer generated.even another online tax account claimed they use these guys will be calling ATO to cancel my lodgement with you.

I am Harman singh and yesterday i visited at your place and I applied for tax return and one of your employee charged me $75, initially she told me the fees is 80 dollars but then she said i am giving you discount. I didn’t see the receipt and in docket it’s mentioned $69 is your fees, $6 isn’t a big amount but still you guys should take it serious. I specially came from Ashfield but she lied to me and charged $75. She was sitting on the counter in left room and left side in the room. It was my first and last time to your place
I used to listen don’t trust indians living in foreign but she made me definite

My partner used this service to manage her tax refund this year. The service was quick and easy but there are a great deal of hidden fees which aren’t made immediately clear to the customer beforehand.

The total charges amounted to just shy of $400, on top of the $79 process fee.

I’m no expert but by industry standards this is pretty bad. Would definitely advise looking elsewhere.

Don’t be sucked In by promises for an early return. Just waiting a little longer with a trustworthy accountant will save you a great deal of cash!

Terrible service. I suggest reading reviews before using this company. Waited 18 days after lodging my 2020 return with no email or phone call to state the status of my return. Upon calling they had no record of my return despite having my receipt and confirmation email. I then find out there was a problem with my Tax file number in which I was never told. Back to square one 3 weeks later this time with a new agent. Customer service staff do not speak very good English and very hard to understand which made phone calls frustrating. Disgusted in the quality and service. A 3 STAR RATING for a tax agent. Unbelievable

Some policies are a little convoluted, but the process overall is quick and easy.
They are legit of you are, and I've happily ran with them for the last 3 years and will do it again next year barring some economic revolution.

I've found them truthful and quick to respond for a medium large organization.

Awful experience dealing with these guys. I paid 100s of dollars to get part of my tax refund early. They were aware why I was applying. After I applied, THEN they tell me I won't receive any money upfront. I've paid hundreds for NOTHING. Would not recommend.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW WHAT THEY HAVE ADVERTISED AND EXPECT HIDDEN FEES AND INVOICES SENT OUT TO BE PAID 6 TO 7 MONTHS AFTER USING THERE SERVICES (VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS LOOKING TO MAKE MONEY FROM TRUSTING PEOPLE I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY)

I would give this place a -5/0 if i could. Service lady I called up was extremely rude, interrupted everytime i spoke. The people I spoke to all seemed to have a thick Indian accent? Not to mention the lady also hung up on me and wouldn't pick back the phone.
Choose this place if you want to pay 3x fees. Other online tax agents charge $40-$60 whereas this palce charges 3x this.

I also got 10 spam repeat messages from them in the morning sending the same thing "have you lodged your tax returns? " They are only want your money, with their extortinate fees noting else.

Enquired about a service, and they quoted me exortionate fees. Lady answering the phone was rude and was not interested at all. A total let down

This place is full of fake reviews and bad customer service, You can see from the home page, its not even spellchecked - as if its written by a Indian FOB, which it probably is.

Was going to leave 5 stars. I was happy with service. Then read reviews. Most 5 stars have been on dodgy profiles. Notice it says only 1 review beside it. Lots of police have had bad dealings. I have no idea the price of my fees but it's a small refund. But better than a kick in the bum so a 3 star.

Been waiting weeks and still haven't received my refund. I have emailed twice and been ignored. These people are very dodgy

Never ever ever deal with these people, their fees are a joke, my refund was1025 and they gave me 680 back only cause i called the ATO and the ATO gave me a dispute ID number, u call them and they cant put u through to the tax agent, they give his mobile, but the mobile is off, and yes everyones name is Sam, how these people r still running this scam boggles me, Ive told everyone i know not to deal with them, So PLEASE PLEASE people dont deal with them
