Tax Refund On Spot

I used this company by inspiring from online add. But extremely disappointed. They are totally different what they are claiming in the add.
The website indicate that tax return starts from $49 + GST. First agent charges me $250 which is way high what mentioned on website. Secondly, I have not received $20 cash back. When I contacted on the number provided the person said it is automatic check your bank we cannot do anything.
I checked with my bank and my bank said no money is received. Their side saying it’s automatic and they can’t do anything. Then who can do? When I asked to provide the detail of transaction and my bank account detail where $20 is transferred then they share a screenshot with me mentioning $20 transfer and only showing client number. It does not show in which account $20 is transferred.
I am really disappointed using this company by inspiring online add. It was better I used my old tax agent who charges less money what they took and also have not paid $20 back.

They somehow got my TFN and stole my tax refund! I have never even used their services and no one can get me my money back! I hope you burn in hell u thieves

Well what I have to says about the taxation Department is that they are very helpful and patient, (as I am so slow and unorganised) they kept reminding me and I kept saying okay okay I'll get it done today, and never did, as when I get flustered I give up, then they showed me again, even though it was so simple to do, well anyway '*HIGH FIVE TO ALL THE WORKERS, YOU SUCCEEDED WITH ME'* YOU ARE ALL GREAT

Service doesn't offer on the spot refund as advertised. They are expensive Took 50% of my refund. I won't be using them again

Quick and easy. Fast response and efficient with getting it done quickly, but don't disclose the full amount owing and invoice knly provided when asked for it.

Just harnesses me everyday from different numbers about using their business. Can unsubscribe and they just use another number. Will never use them again.

I got charged $3,400 to lodge 4 old tax returns and I didn't even get paid the ”on spot" amount they promised. I haven't been paid anything! And I still have to wait 7 days before I know if the ATO have released it. The link did not work and I was unable to see the fees and charges before I agreed. I was only able to add my bank details and give authority. I only received a text saying that I would receive a small amount that day and the rest in 5 - 7 days. There was nothing in the text about charges. It wasn't until after that I realised the disgusting amount I had been charged! It's criminal and I will be seeking legal advice (Free Legal aid) I would highly suggest not to use any of these criminal companies that steal from hard working Australian's.

Do NOT do you tax refund with these people! It took 3 whole month to receive my return and they charged me $660 to do it. I had absolutely nothing that needed to be claimed no trust nothing of that nature and it cost $660. They didn’t reply to any of my email enquirers after my tax was logged and I call to get a receipt as to why it cost so much and the lady was incredibly rude and ended up hanging up. Go to a H&R block - don’t waste your time or money here!

Got my refund fast. They also got me a higher refund then I would of got if I did it myself. Im very happy with them. No problems or complaints from me. Thanks guys

Not good never give yours full money I already sent your fee in your account before lodgement but still you don't know I massage you and send photo of payment but you never reply but now at least you reply without any solution so very good

I just signed up I hope that it appears to be easy see what happens weather the money goes in my account

Scam Business that aqquires your contact information by buying it. They bought my phone number, my email and my mother's contact details. These details were aqquired from another shady company as these details were never provided to this company. They used this information to contact both me and my mother attempting to scam us. If you get an email like the on I've posted, delete it. They are after your id and a large portion of your refund. Avoid shady business's like this one.

Edit: They now have sent me a scam invoice for the tax return they never did. Steer clear from this company

If you want good communication, timely action and quality service, best to look elsewhere. I highly recommend NOT using this company. Communication and follow up service is sub-standard!

If I could give 0 I would sent in a unfilled tax return with no contents the one I completed lost and vanished and so much for ya tax in a hour just poor n not what I needed or wanted at all

Very unhappy client. After doing my taxes in the office, someone forgot to submit it for 12 days until I had to remind them twice. If i didn't call, it would have remained unnoticed. Each time you call someone says a completely different story. They then deducted 200 dollars out of no where from my refund and called them overdue fees from 2 years ago. Of course no logic explanation or evidence of such fees was provided. Funny how they text and email at crazy frequency so that you can refer others to them. Very bad service!
