First time using tax refund on the spot Anh, was very helpful and tax was lodged within an hour have my refund back in 5 business days.

Display tax refund in a hour and totally don’t even give you that option when giving all details online, I asked what happened about the “1hr refund” when I hadn’t received or heard anything after the tax return was submitted and the response I got was, “ we’ve already lodged your return it’s too late to get the 1hr refund option”, I said “I was never given the 1hr refund option, why? Response: ” I don’t know why, sorry there’s nothing we can do now”.
So what their website “says” they offer they “DIDN’T” offer it at all now who knows when I get the refund.
Don’t use these guys people.

No answer on phone tried for days to get hold of this mob webpage will not let you back on there absolutely discusted with them

Totally ridiculous service, i won’t go with them again and I will recommend everyone to go somewhere else. No explanation how much they will charge, i paid for my husband’s tax refund we don’t know where the half of the tax gone even though they don’t either what a joke.

This has been the worst expiriance of my life the website shows a $98.00 I didn't receive any documents from the agent showing the fees I could not log in to my account I tryed desperately for day to contact a customer service representative I could not ever log in to my account after setting it up to provide my tax file number after this I've never been able to log back in I was told this is a ongoing technical issues and nobody can log back in my emails were never returned I then contact the ATO to find out nearly 400 was deducted from (tax refund on the spot) and I did not atherise this or was Evan told about it that Ive now had 400$ stolen off my from this agent and I now have the fraud team involved from the ATO and report to police as a scam and I still haven't had a phone call back from tax refund on the spot to resolve this. WARNING DO NOT LODGE YOUR TAX THRU THIS BUSINESS Unless YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

They want me to give a five star review for this but they don’t keep their word they said I would receive $300same day but I have not heard anything about this back and no money form them yet you won’t get any money back in one hour at all I received nothing

Do NOT use these people. This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I have sent several emails stating that they have not paid me the correct tax amount. They owe me $300. I spoke to some girl on the phone who said the account/dispute resolution person would email me within the day. Its been 2 days and no email. I have lodged a complaint to consumer affairs/ombudsman. And have contacted the ATO who have also stated they have short paid me and owe me money! Horrible company. Don't be fooled by the reviews. They are probably fake.

Definitely won’t be using this place again! They’ve kept literally close to $400 of my tax! What sort of fee is that! Was told I’d get on the spot $280 which I did and $2500 when my tax return came back from the ATO, which I only received $2231. So even if the on the spot amount was taken from the $2500, (which is not what the email said) means they’ve kept close to $400! Definitely do not use them for your tax!

The tax office needs to investigate these guys. What an absolute joke, rang them about my return only to be hung up on. Some how I now owe the the man money. Ps, did not get any tax return.

Would give zero if I could. They lied and stole 95% of my tax and forced me to sign a contract whilst mentally incapacitated in rehab and divorce proceedings.

$300 out of 8k. I will see them go bust before they rip off anyone else. The ATO should audit them.

They refuse to show me the 7700 in fees. Fix it or lose business.

Very happy was concerned at first after reading comments but I received my full refund the next day ATO released it and got more bak then expected.

THIS PLACE IS SCAM! THEY TRIPLE IN FEES AND LODGE YOUR TAX BEFORE FINALISED! Any accountant should know do NOT do this but they did and have lodge complaints with ATO and Ombudsman as they did this with and now penalised by ATO and when ask for help they DO NOT CARE AND beyond ridiculous fees. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE- Liars and over charge fees

I have just lodged my tax return with them.not seeing the reviews is there anyway I can cancel it quick before the pay the tax into my account do not want to be paying all the hidden fees.

Do not use this company. Absolute criminals. Completely unprofessional. They will estimate your return at 3 times what it will be. They took over 80 per cent of my refund in fees. They ignore all phone calls and emails. Do Not Use. They need to be shut down.
