We've had our car serviced with the team at Suttons Subaru since we purchased our car from them in 2015. Since that time they have been nothing but professional and very accomodating:) Whilst their sales team that pester you to book in for the service are the only reason they have lost a star, their service on the day of drop of and at the time of collection is A-grade. They explain all the work completed, and always call to confirm if they need to do anything extra than quoted.

Had Nick Orlic as a salesperson and wasn't impressed.was my first time buying a car and I found him quite confronting, pushy and rude. In the the end he took some of the accessories off my car and didn't honour the deal that we had in place. I will not buy from there again.

The team at Suttons Subaru Rosebery are wonderful, in particular Evi. She made the whole process of buying a car surprisingly pleasant and easy and did all that she could to make us feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend car buyers to visit Evi for their next car purchase. We love our car!

The people were pleasant. Still waiting for a deposit refund a week after picking up the car. The car was not completely cleaned on the outside with the windows dirty. Under half a tank of petrol in the car. A disappointing standard. We expected better.

We bought a Subaru Outback (slightly used 2017 model) a week ago. The sales person (Dejan) was very helpful from the start till the sale was consummated. He explained to us patiently the features of the car and let us drove to have a feel for it. We're happy with the car we bought.

Chantelle is the most genuine, knowledgeable and incredible person I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Throughout the whole experience they were supportive, transparent and extremely professional and make sure your every need is catered for even after work hours.
Their curtesy, caring nature, and hospitality and passion for their work and products is mind blowing! And best of all, NO pressure at all from the moment you walk into their gorgeous show room!
