When I was looking for a used Subaru they tried the hardest for me compared to the other Subaru dealers I tried prior. I ended up buying privately, but continue to go here for little jobs or warranty work. So as far as dealers go, they're pretty good here. Can take a few visits to get issues identified and resolved, but usually get there in the end.

Bought a second hand Subaru and had a great experience at Suttons City. A quick and easy process made better with the lovely Mickael helping us out. Very nice guy with lots of knowledge on the cars and was able to help me make the right choice and ensure I was getting a great deal. Would definitely recommend to others!

Damaged windshield during scheduled service and didn't own up.
I (stupidly) agreed to the upsell and paid an extra $100 for windshield replacement during servicing, during which they damaged my windscreen and then later denied responsibility. Thank goodness I have insurance, but now I am out of a car for over a week; extra painful because I depend on my car for work. Subaru did absolutely nothing to assist in this process. They must be glad they got off with a negative review.

This must be the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I have been waiting for an outcome to a differential issue since March 22, while having a regular service. I have chased this Rosebery dealership up around 8 times with calls and emails, with no result. How can you not fix a car issue under warranty for 6 months. No-one gets back to you, management could care less, i will never buy a car from this place ever again, you should be ashamed of your service record and lack of customer care. DFW96U

Big thank you to Nick and George for putting together a great deal on my new 2021 XV. Really transparent dealers to work with and went above and beyond to keep a loyal subaru customer happy. Nick was a pleasure to work with and has the customer's best interest at the heart of the sale. I would certainly recommend this dealership and Nick for my next car and to my friends and family.

The guys there (Sam and Chris) took the time to understand my needs. Their honest approach and "We'll look after you" attitude instilled trust and confidence during the process.
They didn't engage in hard sell tactics and allowed me to come to the decision without feeling pressured.

Definately will recommend in future.

So glad I didn't buy a car there. Paid $207 for a diagnosis for stop/start problem ($165) and a rego check ($42). Two entire days in their workshop they still couldn't tell what was wrong. On the day our rego ran out we found out they defected our car for an oil leak and didn't tell us. They refused to rectify the defect notice on our rego even when furnished with evidence that the fault had been repaired. Just don't go there.

Produced an instructional video which covered off on about 400 pages in the manuals. Thanks also to Hannah & Ronny and the rest of the team at Rosebery. Subaru. 11/10.

We took our car to service 1-2 month ago and our car got broken down due to radiator over heating yesterday. We were so confident as we had the car service in near future so it was very surprising for us; we had to get it towed from M1. We've also realised air filter wasn't even checked and cleaned.

Initially after a pretty average experience the customer support team at Suttons reached out to help sort out my issues.

I couldn't ask for better customer support and would like to thank the entire team for helping resolve my issue and bring clarity to the situation.

This has been my second experience purchasing a car from the Suttons group and I'm glad I stuck with them.

Wrote a scathing review about my car issues (DFW 96U) to get some action out of this dealership. Managed to get them to agree to repair the car after 7 months.

Dropped the car Monday 29th told it will take 3 days Heard nothing. Rang today and told by the servicing guy it will take 5 days.

When I showed my frustration he told me I should not speak that way.

My message to Subaru Roseberry and to your Head Office is that you have a major issue in this dealership who are sub standard when dealing with customers, chasing things up, notifying customers, and simply knowing how to handle customers.

Its a shame that your brand is being destroyed by such a poor dealership, and young staff who think they have the upper hand.

Customers talk with their feet, which means they walk elsewhere.

This gent was a genuine sort of fellow.he actually LISTENS to you in your wanting of a new car and the details you would like.very strange these days in buying a car!
