62I'm very impressed with Jake of Suttons City. I contacted other dealerships closer to where i live but they couldn't/wouldn't really help me. Then i came across Jake. He did a great drive-away price and gave me a fair trade-in on my old Outback. I am so impressed with his customer service.
By far the worst dealership experience, service department is a joke and does not even apply common sense when installing a 12v socket in the cargo area of the boot, why would you install it next to the subwoofer and not the cargo cavity so it is nicely tucked away? I have not seen any other dealership do it this way, thanks to them the car is ruined. Avoid them if you care about your car.
One of only a few authorised STI dealerships in Sydney. Very nice, clean, modern and spacious showroom for their new cars. We didn't need to wait long before a sales rep approached us asking whether we needed help, so that was good. At other dealerships we have had to wait for quite a fair bit before anyone even makes eye contact with us lol love how our sales rep (Jordy) wasn't too pushy and wasnt being too "sales", although there were moments he had to play the part, but still being respectful. He definitely knew lots about the WRX and STIs so was very helpful in providing us with good information and answered our questions. Great facilities, with complimentary bottled water in their mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. They even had a kids table which provided them with small boxes of colouring-in material - this kept them busy for a few minutes! The kids were spoilt with huge helium balloons and staff shared Subway cookies with them too, which they loved. Toilets were clean. Overall was a pleasant visit.
We recently purchased our vehicle through Nick. Covid was hiccup in our plan however the team ensure our service experience was exceptional. From first phone call, to test drive and continuous communication in an unprecedented period ensured we knew exactly where things were at. Highly recommend the team at Rosebery

Easy to book time slot. Very polite and professional on arrival. Serviced quickly with prompt call to advise. Car cleaned and spotless. Informed of high level actions taken and to be aware off. Felt highly valued throughout the entire journey. Awesome service.

Bad customer service. No care for customer. Website is not updated and incorrect.
Website allows to book service while you wait but when you arrive you are kicked off site and made to walk around rosebery.
Service took over 2.5 hours. After complaining was told there is a pandemic going on and bad luck
Would have been good to be told service would take 2.5 hours and not 45 min like i was told when car dropped off
Worst Subaru dealer, avoid at all costs.
Safe to say my experience here was terrible. The staff are rude and try to con you into finance that you don't need and as soon as you decline it, they want nothing more to do with you. Stay well clear of this dealer.
We have purchased a Subaru XV late 2019 and so happy with the whole buying experience. Very friendly attitude and detailed knowledge sharing from both the sales and service team. The car is running smooth for last 12 months. Highly recommend Suttons service and the car.

Put my car in for a service today, no idea what they have done but the wheel alignment is way off when I was driving it home. This wasn't even a problem when I took it in.
The worst post sales experience for a car dealer. A customer can spend 60k on a car, however, when it comes to providing post sales service to address concerns regarding the investment, they become reluctant to help. Go to a corporate supported Subaru dealer.

First rate service. Mick and Shane (sales and assistance sales managers) did well to make us feel at hoem and worked with us through the sales process. Big wait time across the network for a new Impreza. Suttons Rosebery have a demonstrator advertised on Car Sales. Ring up, yep it's for sale. Go half way across town to have a look at it. No it's not for sale, it's our only demonstrator but we can sign you up for a new one with a 2 month wait. Anyone at Suttons tell me what's wrong with this? Yes I've just discovered the latest sales trick to get you in the door. Unfortunately it is also illegal. And no, I won't be contacting the Suttons Customer care team, I'll be contacting Fair Trading.
They made a mistake with my pink slip because they got the registration detail incorrect in their system. As a result I wasnt able to drive my car for 4 days. When I called to have this resolved the first call I was told it would be looked at and it wasn't. Then I had to follow up ans the person hadn't heard about my issue and went back to the service department. Which said they did it correctly the first time. So they pushed the problem back to me when I have no ability to process a pink slip they do. I paid for the service and they just gave me attitude. They can't say that they have the registration incorrect and then claim they processed the pink slip with the correct details when RTA says the its not been submitted. All I wanted was for them to correct the mistake and say sorry for the inconvenience.
Had an amazing experience. Mick really helped me find the car I was after for the price I was after. Good communication and very reassuring. The whole team were very nice. Would definitely recommend.
