Fantastic efficient service nothing is too much.reception staff are helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had to make 2 visits for different scans which were urgent. It was the first time I had been here and I found the reception staff to be very efficient in their approach. The radiology staff made me feel well cared for and provided excellent customer service during each scan. Keep up the great work.

I have done my MRI month ago here. I think the lady working in the MRI room is very good. She explained everything clearly. She cares about people who needs to do the test. Thanks.

I couldn’t get in for an MRI anywhere under a 2 week waiting period. Once I called superscan Parramatta and explained I’m a basketball player and I needed it quickly I was given a spot that afternoon. Not only was this super accommodating but the staff were so friendly and helpful. I only wish I could give 6 stars.

Had a chest XRay early Monday morning, the result still had not been received by the GP on Tuesday morning, who phoned to as for the results and was told they were not ready. It was only after she became quiet assertive that they were give to her over the phone. Not recommended.

VERY very ordinary - if you require something beyond a basic x-ray Very Definitely go elsewhere.

They OVER CHARHE at least 3 TIMES MORE on certain scans.
I'm 36 week preganent and my midwife asked me to do a growth and well-being ultrasound Coz my baby is 3cm shorter than it should be at 36 week.
The lady at the front desk told me they charge $500 for the scan, while other places I called charge me from $150 to $170
AVOID!

Friendly staff, quick service, not much waiting, Free undercover parking spot in the same building. Just call them from the parking entrance intercom to access the parking area.

Dont go there, font desk girls are fine but inside so rude they dont care.first time when i go there for born scan, they scan and walk out, i didnt even know its finished or not.and when i go there second time the guy teaching the other scan man and teaching very angrily with rude like rubish " its liuuke im teaching and you listen " so rude infront of paitient WHY THEY HAVE TO PRACTICE WITHY LEG BONE WHEN IM SICK!
And saying its look fine but they should scan my lower leg but upper part of leg
And saying " oh sorry i didnt look properly papaer!
NO U SHOULD LOOK VERY CAREFULLY! ALL THE PEOPLE GO THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE SICK AND WANT TO GET WELL BUT YOU TREAT PATIENT LIKE

Had an xray done there. I had no appt. They were prompt and I had the results in depth next day which allowed me to start pain management

My Pelvic scan report from Superscan had put me in such a distress as it said I had a uterine atrophy. I got a rescan done elsewhere and everything was totally normal. Superscan should probably invest on better equipments and better radiologists. Such reports can impact on people so much you have no idea.

Just through with one part of the bone scan and waiting for the second one. I must appreciate the person handling the scan, Matthew, hats off to your patience for dealing with a person like me who is freaking out at every stage of the scan. Your calmness and composure helped me more and more.
