We visited Superscan for my mother’s chest xray last Saturday. The lady at reception was great and had attention to details. She picked up a wrong piece of personal info on my mother’s referral and fixed it. The technician, Karen was amazing. She had a calm and friendly tone of voice while doing the xray and my mother was very happy. Thank you

I had my MRI scan at this clinic recently and as claustrophobic, I was so anxious, nervous, sweating, name all of it before the scan. I told the receptionist that I was extremely nervous and she reassured me that it will go quick. I then told the lady in the MRI room that I was scared and she responded with warmth and understanding! I was teary eyed going in the tunnel but I wore a "helmet" with a mirror on it and it looked like I am looking at my feet and could see the MRI lady across. The lady kept asking through gestures if I was okay and she was giving me smiles during the scan. She was very reassuring and almost feels like my mum was there with me to get through this scary day! I highly recommend the staff they were all so lovely. As I finished, the ladies at the reception asked if I was fine and they were just so accommodating and warm. Highly recommend!

Recently had a CT coronary angiogram at Superscan. Absolutely fantastic patient experience. Very caring and very efficient professional imaging centre. Everybody involved in my care, from the receptionist through to the Radiologist, was very caring and thorough in explaining the process. I was not a medicare patient and I thought this test was absolutely fantastic value for money. Will have any further imaging done at Superscan without any hesitation.

Best friendly staff always smiling, gentle very informative scanning crew, comfortable waiting room with big windows that let in natural light that isn't claustrophobic like other clinics.

Highly recommend this place for anyone need a scan, exceptional services and caring staff, from receptionist to all the staff involved that I needed to interact with my CT Scan was so helpful, friendly and really professional. The contrast injection site on my arm was perfectly done and no bruising at all. The CT scan staff involved are so good I noticed the way they interacted with other patients also very caring

Had my broken finger scanned here many times. Very professional staff and excellent service. Will come back if I break another finger.

I’m writing for a my friend/roommate because she doesn’t want to show name - earlier today we needed to book an appointment for an ultrasound and x-ray and when we called they said no need for appointment just walk in and we ask again to make sure because last time I needed to make a booking, so we walk in and they tell us that a booking is needed for ultrasound! No one wanted to admit that they had given the sound information and my friend still gets the x-ray and as I sit down a lady tells me I need to leave if I don’t have a mask and I ask if she can supply me one cause mask mandates aren’t a thing anymore and she says no! The receptionist need better customer skills especially for a bunch of grown people! I hope this review makes a change!

Had a few scans booked in, wasn’t told over the phone when they called me to confirm or when I made the booking that I needed a negative PCR test and apparently it’s against their policy to take me in. Had to fast for a while as well. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

EDIT: in reply to your response, I was referred to you for scans because of night sweats that had been going on for months, and also weight loss which also happens over a long period of time. I did not have any covid symptoms. No fever, cough, cold, nothing. The receptionist did not ask if I had any symptoms. She simply said it was a requirement that I have a PCR test before my scans but the issue is NO ONE told me. Your system even sent a text message to confirm my appointment which could have included that key piece of information. I called another place to book in and they do not require a PCR test. I will be telling my doctor about this experience.

Last minute booking made for an MRI urgently requested from doctor. Tried for local appointment and was informed a two week wait.
Extremely friendly and efficient staff, both at reception, on the phone and radiologist.
Results have been advised should take only a couple of days-compared to 5-7 working days.
We travelled 45 minutes for the appointment and would do it again and highly recommended to family and friends.

The service at Superscan was outstanding. The receptionists were very helpful and the person that conducted my scan was professional and comforting. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Superscan by my specialist, I don’t like going for medical treatment at the best of times let alone any needles.

Upon arrival the reception staff were pleasant and polite, got me to fill the form and got myself to take a seat, within a few short minutes I had a staff member escort myself down the back and got changed into a gown.

As my specialist requested a CT and a Spec CT I had to be injected with a “tracer”, now I had a severe phobia of needles and normally pass out but the gentleman who gave it to me was very calm, polite, understanding and explained the whole procedure before and as he went through it. He had distracted myself that well that I wasn’t even aware that he had done it without my knowledge!

I was advised to return at 12.30pm to give the chemical time to travel around my body and do it’s thing, arrived back at 12.30pm and was called in a few minutes later. Again he explained the whole procedure and didn’t leave me in the dark like a lot of other providers do, this man deserves a medal.

He is nothing short of a gift from god and truly an asset to superscan, I forgot to mention that I am from the central west which is 3hrs away and after today’s experience I won’t be going anywhere else but here.

The service at Superscan was very impressive, from the receptionists through to all the medical staff. In particular, I was very impressed with the way James gave me lots of information about my procedure - what was happening and what to expect. This has not been my experience in the past, but it was greatly appreciated. Thankyou James. You are very good at making people feel at ease.

Today I visited Superscan to have two x-rays and an ultrasound. As in the past, I found this medical practice a very efficient place to attend. Today I was treated by Tui, Emily and Chanel. All three ladies were extremely courteous, professional and polite. Chanel was particularly caring. Based on my experience, five stars are hardly enough.

The service here is unprofessional and rude. The receptionist here extremely rude. I noticed that there is no one in the CT scan, but they keep me waiting forever. I asked them the second time, how long I have to wait. The receptionist's attitude was rude. I have been waiting for half an hour, my appointment time should be 1pm. Then finally she called in to the CT staff, staff straight away come out, it means that there is no one in the CT scan, but just keep you waiting forever. Or may be just let me know the CT staff are having lunch break. Rather than keep me waiting forever, and didn't want to let me know how long I have to wait. The service here is extremely terrible and rude, unprofessional!

Absolutely wonderful. My elderly mother has received a number of scans at Superscan and I cannot commend enough all the staff that we have come in contact with. They are caring, professional, and kind. I highly recommend!
