This Organisation has a very Professional Attitude.
They have a great human interaction with their clients.

Had my ultrasound. They told me that they can forward the results to my GP as her contact number was on the referral letter. I went to my GP several times for a follow up check and to discuss the results, my GP said she didn’t have the results yet and called them. The lady said she’s sending it thru as they speak but no results came. Went personally to get it after almost a month of the said procedure and I have to wait almost an hour! Results hasn’t been printed. Very incompetent!

Superscan Parramatta is no longer my local clinic, but I still go out of my way to get my scans done here. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. The reception staff are also super friendly and personable. The exceptional service is worth the travel. Thanks team!

I came with a friend who was getting an ultrasound. Receptionist wouldn’t let me wait in the waiting room. I would understand if they were busy due to Covid capacity’s however there were only 2 other people in the waiting room. Plus they were running very behind schedule so I was left sitting on the floor outside for over half an hour. Very unimpressed.

Best imaging centre ever, best machines, best receptionists, best and kindest health professional team.

I've had the misfortune to have had to use their services a few times in the last couple of months. The staff have always been a pleasure to interact with, and they have always seen to me quickly. No really long wait times to speak of.

Receptionists have terrible attitude. It’s my first time been there, I made an appointment directly with the receptionist, then I just took a seat and wait for them to call my name, but they didn’t call my name when it was my turn. So I went to ask the receptionist, but she blame on me and said I should approach to the reception desk when it’s my turn.and she has really a bad attitude. Anyway, terrible experience.

I was advised by team member at reception desk that for my appointment i should not drive but could attend and leave after procedure on my own if i take bus/taxi home and i went there by bus but refused procedure even i told them i will arrange for someone to pick me up after procedure but they were arguing in a rude and provocative way that i may lie about getting the wrong advise the day before from one of their receptionists and ignored my physical state that i was in pain standing on my feet with a walking stick and the manager was called he shouted on arrival at me to go out without asking what was the problem and i had no choice but to get my papers from them and leave while i waited more than two weeks from my first contact with them to book this appointment and all up my procedure was delayed by one month till i could have it done elsewhere.the reception ladies at this practice are absolutely rude, provocative, argumentative individuals and the manager is plain inhuman being.

Nothing wrong with my experience with the scan but marked down a point as I could hear the receptionists discuss someone else in a negative way. Comments and gossip shouldn't be the first things you hear, doesn't feel welcoming with that. Also I couldn't see any sanitiser at the desk that day. Just a few things that could improve on going forward.

Not even deserve a one star. I just called in now and was just asking for info but the reception sad “you HAVE to wait” then placed me on hold. I have done my pregnancy utz here. Very expensive and very rude staff members. Definitely not going back!

Considering the response back to my previous comment I remove my orignial comment. I contact on the number shared to discuss further on my experience.

5 star for the technologist's who have performed the test.
Had some issues 2 weeks back with transferring report to gp (which my Mom's GP got lately).
Manager responded very positively about the complain within a short time, which indicates their honest effort to provide top service. Updating my review and rating.

A fantastic imaging centre with a group of friendly, helpful staff. Easy to find with plenty of off-street parking. A very clean, well presented facility.

They were able to identify the issue when a my previous radiography practice couldn't.

All tests and results were very good over the week of treatment, from the front office to the Ultrasound and Xray scans and the finally treatment of my bakers cyst. Thanks for a great result.

Mum went in recently for multiple scans and she came home expressing how comfortable she felt throughout the service.
She experiences chronic pain and staff both at the front desk and specialist team were very accommodating and kind to her. James in particular ensured that mum understood the process and what was happening at each stage the quality of service was nothing short of outstanding.

I wanted to reach out and thank the whole team at Superscan! She will be back for follow scans.

Very professional and welcoming team. Booking and check in was super easy and I was taken in for my scan within minutes of arriving. Both office and specialist team members were welcoming, considerate and professional in their interactions. Definitely recommend for all scan and X-ray needs.
