Great selection of lightweight plant pots. They carry Sustee aquameters! The staff are super nice and helpful. There's even a little car park at the side if you're coming from out of area.

They have just taken over the closed bank next door so more room for more products, something for every "do it yourselfer! "

I went in recently to buy a simple screw and came out with lots of goodies. The thing that impressed me most in this store was the knowledgeable and incredibly friendly service.

Bought some painting from the store! The service here is way much more helpful and friendly than Bunnings! Never paint my wall before, the staff helped me with a kit and basically taught me step by step! The store is small but has everything that I need! Highly recommended

Fantastic. Staff are very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful in store and on the phone. Great range of products. They always have exactly what I need. Very glad to have this store locally, saves me from the time and stress of driving out to Alexandria.

Mitre 10 on Oxford St (end of William St) is larger than I initially though. The shop had what I wanted (squeegee, dehumidifier, batteries and replacement soda stream bottle). I forgot to check if they had face masks. Soda Stream replacement was $22. Either the price of Soda Stream has gone up or this Paddo store is $1-$2 more, but I didn’t mind as the service in store is excellent. Every time I walk in the store the staff ask if they can help me. They are all really friendly and seem to genuinely like their jobs. They must have a good manager and/or management system in place. It seems a happy place to work. Best of all, doggies are also allowed in store. Apparently some of them even know how to head behind the counter where the treats are kept!

Excellent customer service and product range. Staff are attentive and make a genuine effort to assist with your hardware needs. They carry a large and diverse range of stock, definitely a go to store when you need an immediate hardware solution.

We bought a portable aircon yesterday in Mitre 10 Paddington. I specifically asked the staff if it includes heater. He said yes. Trusted, I didn't bother checking coz last time we went to Mitre 10 Bondi Junction they had the same brand with of course heater. Now while unpacking it at home we checked it, no heater. We checked the maual book, surprise NO HEATER. Just very disappointed, when you trusted them yet just to get sales they dont bother telling the truth. We dont want to return it as it is very heavy and we're two woman tried to drag it when we bought it and took bus get home.

Great staff and while we’ve been in lockdown one of the staff members who lives nearby has delivered my orders for free while maintaining strict hygiene, including delivering a mixed paint tint order.
