Super impressed with this store and team every time I visit! Attentive and personalised service (for the handy clueless customer lol)! Highly recommended!

They have everything you need including discounts and good service. Better than Hammerbarn.

Staff are great. Has the feel of a family business - helpful, polite and knowledgeable! Woman at checkout is friendly and always can point you in right direction.

Still waiting for the manager to contact me after 2 reviews and a call to customer service about the overcharging and misleading pricing and description of a lawn mover …. Could only select 1 star but it’s negative 5️

Thank you so much Sean for honestly going above and beyond and taking the time to help my team out! We had an accident with one of our machines and it completely snapped off, so I went into Mitre 10 desperate to find some sort of quick fix short term solution hoping I could try Macgyver it myself with some heavy duty tape.
I was referred to Sean and showed him some pictures of my problem, but he needed some more clarity to see what we needed to purchase to fix it. We were only across the road and he ended up having a look at it and fixing it there for us on site in less than 5minutes!
I was so impressed and so grateful for Sean’s help - the guys are mitre 10 definitely know what they’re doing! Every time we have gone in to pick things up, they have always been so helpful. I’d give 100000 stars to Sean if I could - thanks a million!

This store is fantastic, it looks small on the outside but inside it's huge. They carry a wide range of all things hardware and garder items all very well organised. The staff are very friendly and they always seem to have someone on hand to advise on some of my more complicated questions.

I got great service from Sean in the paint shop. He matched a colour for me from a paint flake and it was a perfect match. Really helpful.

Sunlite Mitre 10 Paddington has the best vibes. My go to store. The staff have so much expertise and are always playing the best music. One young worker went above and beyond to find a key that says 'aquarius' for me! Keep it up Mitre 10 (/10)

Wasn’t a pleasant experience at this Paddington Store today.if you’d like fast service with a minimal courtesy, everybody should be treated proper and with a decent manner.then don’t go into this store.
I was clearly discriminated against for not dressed and look like a local.

I was next to be served but was told “ sorry mate can I just dealing with a customer behind you? ” I was pushed back 3 times, they serve all of the Customers who standing beside me until there is no one left before they let me pay and get out of there etc.is it because I was wearing tracksuit pans or I don’t look tall enough?
Maybe it was one of those reason.
I do not recommend for anyone to come here if you’re busy / rush, or like to earn a little respect from staff that works here. Henceforth,
Being able to know how to be respectful to all, ether you growing with it taught at a young age or you don’t.it cannot be train.

Helpfull staff, pretty decent store but u might have to go a few different locations to get everything what u need, they have a good range but few things are missing here n their

As a DIY’er I usually have heaps of questions and have always had good advice from Warwick in store. Nice bloke and knows his stuff.

Every time I go into this store the team are so helpful and attentive. I often find hardware stores to be overwhelming and intimidating but always feel so welcome here. I also think there is an excellent range of homewares and things for the garden. Thank you for your great service team!

Came here looking for some soil and flower pots for my new plants. The customer service was exceptional. Not trying to sell, just genuine advice and lovely service.

Great smaller store but has great variety of goods and super helpful & friendly staff. Well worth popping in. Store is very clean & well set out and nice & bright. Probably my favourite hardware store in Sydneys Eastern Suburbs. A+

Everyone at mitre 10 is so helpful and knowledgeable. They have an incredible range of products and I can always find a solution to a problem there.
