44Speaking to the receptionist for a minute or so was enough to make me want to book an appointment at another doctors surgery. Exceptionally poor mannerism and quite condescending.
On my appointment (1 year overdue) I saw Dr Will Shepperd - very nice gentleman - who picked up a potential "nasty". He is very caring, thorough, took time & did his job very professionally. I felt very looked after. Recommend.
I've been seeing Doctor Will - an English guy for some years now. He is very patient, very professional and genuinely interested in people. I live in Broome now, but I'll go see Dr Will again soon - you can't put your trust in anyone who is cavalier about skin and cancer!
I felt that the Dr Kumar rushed my appointment and did not check my skin thoroughly. When I flagged this with the Sun Doctor Head Office via Social Media, I received an aggressive, condescending email from the treating Doctor. In amongst the skiting about their extensive study, awards and experience, they ill used that my recollection was of the appointment was misguided. I would not recommend visiting this Clinic even though I have visited many times over the last two years without any issues.
