SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics Hornsby

Dr Dharrini Balachandran did an excellent job with my keloid corticosteroid steroid injections. The Clinic is much cheaper than a dermatologist and I would highly recommended. The manager (Junko) had managed to fit me in last minute despite my complicated circumstances. The overall management is astounding and by far the best SunDoctors Clinic in the Sydney Region. Nurse Selina was very attentive and efficient during the procedure and provided thoroughly aftercare.

Efficient process. Friendly and helpful admin staff. Skilled female doctors, which I prefer being a female myself.

Could not fault this visit with Dr Dharrini Balachandran. She was very pleasant and thorough during her examination.

Dr Shepard came recommended from a friend and the longer waits for his appointments are worth it. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very thorough in his review and took the time to answer my many questions.

I have visited the SunDoctors at Hornsby for the last 3-4 years for skin checks. Dr Koltz does a great job checking for any trouble skin spots. All the staff are friendly, and wait times seem well planned, so you don't have to wait too long.

Would highly recommend getting your skin checks done here. Knowledgeable doctor who made me feel comfortable in the appointment, easy online bookings and wait time not too long (very important with a 2 year old in tow!).

Went for my first skin check to SunDoctors this week, staff were very friendly and professional, felt very well looked after, recommended.

What a challenge it was to deal with this practice. My appointment was re-scheduled due to a DR isolating. That is understandable. I then arrived at the re-scheduled time to find the practice door locked. I managed to get the attention of someone inside who told me that "someone" should have notified me that my appointment was cancelled and no doctors were in. I had travelled 30 minutes from home to make the appointment. What a absolute waste of my time and what dismal service.

Terrible place. Receptionists are incompetent and were super super late. Receptionists were not attentive and ignored people all the time. Go somewhere else

You make an appointment, told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. Show up to be told that you aren’t booked in. Never again.
