Booked car in for recall issue, then added request to check minor perceived problem. Phone call to add request was handled very courteously, quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service, the service manager told me that the car was due for a cheaper service than the one I booked for and also told me that the cost of updating the fog lights was not good value.
The car was ready and cleaned exactly as promised.

A standard 24-month scheduled service, no issues to address and no problems found. The service was performed by mid-day and the general organisation and customer service was polite, efficient and professional. A recall replacement of the coils was done without me having to request it.

Asked about parts for our Subaru. The person who took the call had no idea and told me someone will call back. Got a call at the end of the day. By that time to late as I went elsewhere.

I have always used Subaru Service Artarmon to service our family of Subarus. The service team there are great, friendly and efficient. They greet you by name when you drop off your car and keep you informed of any service issues that may arise.

Subaru Artarmon have serviced my car from the beginning and have always done a superb job, not just in regards to the car but the drop off and collection is always a joy - very professional and on time - A super wash clean and detail the exterior is always a nice touch

I've had my new Subaru serviced here today. Mine was a very minor 1 month check-up but that hasn't kept me from getting impressed by the fast and professional service I got. The place was busy, l had very simple and maybe even stupid questions but the mechanic I dealt with has responded to them with patience. I'll definitely get back there for any servicing I need.

I've had problems with dealership service centres in the past and have only used Subaru Service Artarmon due to warrantee. This time I've used them for 3 years and I'm happy. They're professional, courteous, reliable, they have never mucked me around or tried to overservice/replace parts that don't need replacing. I like them and will keep using them.

I reside in the Newcastle area and my car is regularly serviced by the local dealer (Crossroads Subaru - where it was purchased). During a visit to Sydney recently the oil light in my 2017 2.5L Outback came on and remained on and I was concerned over my ability to get the car home safely - a scheduled service is booked for mid-January. I visited the Service Department early in the morning and the staff were very friendly and willing to assist despite the fact that they were clearly busy. A diagnostic was performed and 1.2L oil was added and I was advised to notify Crossroads during my scheduled service in January 2021. When I requested what I needed to pay I was advised that there was no charge. Fantastic customer service and a credit to Subaru Australia.

Friendly staff, and very professional, had my mothers Forester in there the other day for a service and some repairs, price was very reasonable, even ended up being less than originally quoted. They also gave me a detailed list of items that that would also need attention soon, over all very happy with my experience.

As usual, service with a smile and at a very reasonable cost. The friendly staff in the service reception area were most helpful
