Well this is the first subaru service center I've been too that actually washers and vacumes the car after service.

Every other service center I've been to doesn't offer this. So I'll be continuing to service my car at North shore.

The work done following my regular 6 monthly service, ie replacement of the A/c compressor under extended warranty, was carried out expeditiously and competently. Recently my Outback suffered quite a serious fault - unusual and unexpected for a 4.5 year old well maintained otherwise reliable car. These things happen, I guess.
As disappointing as that was, the customer care I received here at Subaru Artarmon certainly softened the blow and maintained my faith in the Subaru brand.
My vehicle was repaired a lot sooner than expected and its great to have 'Dizzy' back on the road where she belongs- ready for the next family road trip!
For the duration of the repair, I was provided with a loan car which I hugely appreciated.

Excellent service for my outback. Great job - after the service car runs as new one. Dealership is friendly and ready to explain everything about the car.

Very happy with the service. The service advisors were all very courteous and friendly. I was kept well informed on the repairs and progress. Due to the age of my car - nearly 10yrs - I did have a bit of work done but it was worth it as it is now driving fantastic. Feels like a new car again!

Excellent check in process.
Inflated prices (for example why should changing cabin pollen filter and antibacterial treatment cost 180$ when the part itself is only about 50$?)
Car not vacuumed even. Only body wash and that too a lousy one.

They have decent service but get a second opinion on the work required before going to them because a standard service can cost hundreds of dollars particularly when they call that something has to be changed. Once got a bill of $1300 because they changed the engine and 4 tyres.

Subaru Artarmon service team are outstanding at communication with a really positive interested service approach. The attention to detail to understand the service requirements and my expectations were clearly collected by the front office staff so that the Impreza Hatchback could be checked and worked on by the mechanics with details that were well understood. I appreciated the interest and knowledge shared by the front office staff as I dropped off the car to help me plan for options that may be offered for the service once the diagnosis was complete. Overall the quality of the service was excellent with a great mechanic, plus the customer experience allowed me confidence that the work to be done was appropriate and the fees were assessed to offer me options for cost savings.

This service was a big one and included an engine out engine repair plus I asked Ben Snow the Service Manager to replace any parts such as filters and windscreen wipers and front brakes etc. The car is once again pristine thanks to Ben and his service Team who provide excellent service. As I am about to pick up a new XV hopefully this week, I would also like to thank Sebouh Maldjian from the New Car Sales section for providing great support to me as well during last week.
