67First time I’ve used Subaru Artarmon for a routine service and recall issue as my usual Subaru service centre has closed. Great customer service by Megan and the team. Megan was extremely efficient, set my expectations on cost and pick up time upfront. The only constructive feedback I have is that my car has always been washed and vacuumed during previous Subaru service visits. This may have been my good fortune in the past and I appreciate it may not happen everywhere. I will definitely bring my car back next time based on this experience.
Did not realise that Subaru's location had moved. Drove around Artarmon looking for the service centre. Eventually stopped at the previous location, got out of the car to read a small notice on the door. Then found the new location. It could do with a large Subaru/Peugot/Citroen sign to replace the VW sign.
I should have reported loose floor mat at driver's seat. Can that be repaired?
I had a forester serviced here a few years back and noticed noise from bottom right after. Drove back to check with no solution as the noise is very hard to hear at busy day time.a few weeks ago one of my engine cylinders could not start and went to my mechanic friend for help. He mentioned it was a bad service operation caused the issue. I suddenly realised the only service I had with “stranger” is with the art arm on guy & remember the minor noise which had been there for years. Not recommend.
I did the 12-month service for my forester in Subaru Service Artarmon and received a very poor and unresponsible service. After that service, a significant engine oil leak happened to my car. When I go back to the dealer and requested a check, they found that there was an oil leak caused by improper service operation. And I just found my coolant water hasn’t been refilled to a proper level, even they had promised me they would before the service. Will never trust their service anymore.
Always a great experience when I take my car in for a service or repairs. Ben and the team are always very helpful and no task is ever too hard. Highly recommend!
The service is extremely poor and incompetent bordering on deceitful. I have always had my car serviced with Subaru from new, the last 2 years with Subaru Artarmon.
Took the car in for a general logbook service, advised Head Gasket need to be replaced at a cost of 6k. No pictures or evidence to explain the issue. Car returned with engine lights and eye sight not working, called back and just told its because of the oil leak insisting I needed the Head Gasket replaced. Mechanic doesn't speak to the customer, Left a review with Subaru and received a call from Adam (Manager). Told him I wanted a second opinion from an independent Subaru specialist and will give Subaru Artarmon an opportunity to inspect The independent found no issue with head gasket and issue was due to a lot of oil spilled all over the engine that caused sensors to be blocked. Also found tops of aerosol spray left inside engine and caps and brackets missing.
Long story short it cost me $139 (to clean the spilt oil) including air cabin filter replacement for $29 which Subaru wanted to charge $191 to resolve the issue Subaru Artarmon said would cost 6k.
Called Adam back to give him the feedback and the opportunity to earn back goodwill, he was not interested in earning back any goodwill and simply dismissed the issue.
DO NOT SERVICE WITH them, they simply cannot be trusted.
Overall a good experience but I was told I needed new wipers when I had only just replaced mine with genuine replacements two weeks prior? !
Also I do not appreciate being woken at 8am on a Sunday morning with an unecessary text thanking me for using your service. Please do not follow up on your work - if there is a problem I will definitely get in touch.
I purchased a vehicle here and Wissam provided a perfect service. He’s been patient and helpful. Even after purchase he still reply massages quickly to help solving problem.
This was the 4th time I had the Forester in to get the AC fixed beginning during the extended warranty period that I purchased. The service staff I dealt with were great, but I ended having to pay labour for a job that should have been done under warranty the first and second time I bought the car in. Subaru Aus were great and paid for parts, but Subaru Artarmon hit me up for labour when they had the chance to fix it under warranty multiple times. Pretty disappointing.
I thought Tony Rinaldi, the parts manager was the cream of the crop but his apprentice Shou went above and beyond and out did Tony. Very pleased
Subaru Artarmon have always serviced my WRX STI and the service there is fantastic. They keep you up to date and send you reports on anything that may need some attention while servicing the vehicle. Highly recommended them
I’ve had my Forrester for 4 years now and get it serviced by the dealer. This is the first time I’ve left a review. I’d give 3 stars. Negatives were that it was extremely difficult to get an appointment and I had to book weeks in advance. I also had to call the dealership for updates (I needed to minimise the impact of not having a vehicle on my work). The service was done to a good standard (I think).
Three phone calls over a week, each time phone is answered by a call centre who want to know all my details, why, then keep me waiting a few minutes to say the service centre is not answering. Left phone number, but call was never returned. Not good enough Subaru.
Toke my car in for the Express Service and it was nice and easy, timely manner and professional staff. Shout-out to Chris for friendly service!

Team was excellent especially Megan, during these COVID times when everyone is working staggered rosters, she delivered and booked in my car due to rear wheel bearings and delivered what was promised.
I Just got my general repairs today and i was handled by The Manager Ben Snow and he was very a nice man, very professional and handled all my problem on my car. And tony for the service parts. I recommend this guys from Subaru Artarmon. Now i found the place where i trust to maintain my car again.thank you again.

Reception was courteous, even though there was a stream of cars waiting to enter the premises. On collecting the car, I noted that the drivers seat adjustments had been altered from my preference.
