On time delivery and pick up.no surprising waiting times.they also promptly drop you at station and pickup.servicing was always smooth.never faced any issues.

My family and I have owned 5 Subarus over 23 years and Subaru Penrith is the only place we will get them maintained.

At times we have ventured elsewhere for convenience in location, but their standards, customer service, communication and workmanship has always been better here. This is the reason why I wholeheartedly recommend all my friends and family to get their Subarus maintained here, and never have any of them been unhappy with their work.

Great people, went for a service on my outback and they contacted me on some small issues for my approval. So they have pride in their work and quality on delivery. 100% satisfied with the professionalism and care to the customer.

Not happy at all. I have left my number twice for a call back after my recent claim where my sunroof leaked during rain. Response was to put a blanket over it or don't park it on a hill.

Awesome experience. Went in to book in for a service after having a few issues as a purchased second. Johnny was amazing from the get go. Advised if my warranty end date and booked me in for the sooner slot.

Went in to the service day, Johnny remembered everything and promptly got it sorted. Got a shuttle service to work and the repairs were done quicker than advised:)

I recently bought a WRX STI and just had a major service and warranty claim work done.

These guys are absolute champions of customer service. They went over and above what was required. From front of house to the technicians, these guys were easy to deal with and willing to answering any questions. (As a mechanical engineer, I’m sure my questions tested their patience lol)

If you are looking for a service centre, you won’t find a better group.

Busy shop. Parking can be a bit tough, I had to park on the road as parking lot was jam packed. But the service was exceptional. On time, on quote and I checked a few things myself when I got home and was impressed to find that everything was done correctly.

Subaru is a good car manufacturer but the service in penrith in particular is not that good. Their customer toilet at that time did not have a lock, no car wash service as compared to other car dealers, the waiting area for customers is not big enough as compared to westend mazda and Nissan.

Was not impressed with the mats i went to collect nor the service provided by the staff. If they rushed a car service they way they rushed me i would be concerned about what was actually completed

Great service from knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Provided a drop off and pick up service to shops and railway too.

The place is crazy busy, which had be worried because it looked a bit chaotic. After talking to the service guys in the office, it’s clear that they are running a well oiled machine. My car was diagnosed very quickly and correctly. The repair charges were fair considering it’s a factory owned dealer. It’s a shame I wasted my money at another workshop who clearly couldn’t diagnose my issue correctly. I should have brought the car straight here in the first place. Great work guys and thank you!

A very good team at Penrith, both the office team and technicians are switched on and I’ve never had an issue here. They have a high standard of work and I would reccomend Penrith Subaru over any Subaru dealer in Sydney.

Happy with service but would have been helpful if I had been told at the first call that my particular model car needed a genuine key and generic keys do not work. Would have saved me more than $230.

Had a pleasant experience with Subaru Penrith. They have fixed the faulty binnacle surround on my 2017 BRZ. The parts were ordered from Japan promptly. Outstanding work by the team. Would not hesitate to recommend them to other BRZ owners.
