Adam was wonderful just now. Efficient, helpful, solved my problem. My Subaru Impreza was bought by my Dad in 2007 I was looking for a fog light surround - all sorted. I rang other spare parts organisations who were not helpful. HIghly recommend - thank you Adam!

Chris from the Service Center was very professional and friendly. Due to Covid their service Center was stretched but my car was serviced and returned before the expected time. Very happy with my experience.

Recent recall for ignition coil replacement. Always have the nicest loan cars ready for me so I’m not inconvenienced. Always great service. Will be buying another Subaru in the future.
My Subaru xv was in on a recall re ignition coil.
The entire procedure went like clockwork, the check in, shuttle service, call advising when I would be collected to departure from the service centre.
I would like to give a special thanks to Shana Cameron Smith, guys don't let her go.

Adam and his team always service and maintain my Liberty GT, it is always completed to a high standard. If a further fault is found they will contact me before any repair is made, If i have a concern they will investigate it nothing is a problem
This related to an ignition coil failure recall.
As per usual, I was warmly greeted on arrival. It took only a few moments to organize the repair work schedule and a loan car. As promised, was advised (via text) when repair was completed. Went back to pick my car, and return loan car. Was explained what the repairs involved and signed off in no time. Staff, customer care, service and punctuality are impeccable! The staff and workmanship are always outstanding. The service staff explain in detail all work carried out and are happy to take the time to listen to the customer. The workshop staff always carry out the required work to my satisfaction. Great team.

Took my Subaru for it's one month health check and chat. Work carried out as required. However after telling them that the car was purchased at parramatta and NOT Penrith I got the feeling that they did not want to help me.
I also enquired about some of the extras that were not available the day I originally picked the car up (weather shields, cargo liner, floor mats). I had been told by the parramatta dealership and also when I booked the service over the phone that it would not be an issue as long as they were in stock as Penrith is part of the same Subaru group as parra. However today I was told to return to parramatta where I purchased the car.
Again, did what they needed to do, certainly no more. Not sure if I'll return.
