I have been getting my Subaru's serviced at the Penrith Subaru Service Centre for 14 years. It's always been a good experience. Only disappointment is that they no longer wash and vacuum the car prior to pick up. I remember the days when the Service Manager wouldn't let a car leave the Service Centre until it had been cleaned.

Ester assisted greatly in booking a recall and was very prompt and efficient with obtaining all the information required quickly.

They are a good service and the staff are very nice and helpful.
I just think the price of the service is very costly in comparison to other brands of cars. However I do love my Subaru Impreza.

I had a transmission failure in my 2016 Outback which required a new transmission. I regularly service my vehicle with Penrith Subaru as they offer personal customer service and honest service. Many times I have been in to have minor issues fixed at no cost. This time, my Service Manager acted on my behalf and applied to Subaru Australia to offer me assistance. Subaru offered to warranty the transmission part. Penrith Subaru chipped in a chunk of the labour cost. All up, they left me feeling well cared for. A back yard mechanic would not have pulled that off for me. Your best mechanical maintenance and repairs are with your dealer……Penrith Subaru Dealership.

I first reviewed Subaru Penrith Service centre 2 years ago, and have continued to have a great experience.
Last week, my daughter encountered major issues with the air conditioning in her 4 yr old Impreza, which caused the engine to shut down, resulting in her being towed. Fortunately, she had purchased extended warranty.
The service team managed our expectations, advising that it could take some time for them to fit an assessment into their already crammed schedule, identify the issue, get approval to repair it under warranty, and complete the work.
Despite all these potential barriers, the car was fully repaired, free of charge (under warranty), in less than a week!
As usual, everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and responsive!

Awesome crew and very friendly staff and job done perfectly and finished ahead of time. Their courtesy car service took me and picked me up from Penrith station. Keep up the great work Guys

Not able to fix problem in car from last two service
No respect to customers time and day.

Very pleased with recent 75K service on my Subaru WRX. Mechanics noted abnormal noise from CVT assembly. As a result, the CVT assembly was subsequently replaced under warranty. All good.

At 200,000km and with episodes of white exhaust smoke, I thought that my Forester diesel particulate filter needed replacing. An unbooked emergency, they fitted me in. I was impressed at how thorough their examination was. The DPF still had lots of life in it and the fuel/oil ratio setting change fixed the problem. Penrith Subaru Service are professional, friendly and communicate well. They cleaned the throttle body, removed a tyre nail and washed my car too. A very good experience-as it always is. Paul C
