Subaru Narellan (Service)

Would like to compliment Joe on his amazing professionalism and friendliness. And also same goes to the car shuttle driver. This is the reason I keep coming back to this service centre even though I live one hour away.

Only use this service centre from day 1 they do as you ask and go out of their way to please you. Oh and I received a pink Subaru band Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all the staff

The service and inspection for registration (pink slip) were carried out well and I was advised of additional work which I approved on line. The car was returned in good time and the car wash was amazing, the shine was unbelievable and it looked like a new car.

Was very happy with my first service here, will definitely continue using them. Professional customer service, quality jobs carried out and in a timely manner. Thanks to Tyson and the boys for being so helpful!

They've been really great since I started taking my car there for service. It is a bit pricey compared to some but it is very much hassle free. They've been patient answering all my questions and have been very accommodating.

Adhere to current COVID business practice. Thorough and professional in explaining the process and expected outcome of the service. Hassle free car service experience.

Friendly and accommodating staff, prompt service. Took my car to Subaru after it was repaired through insurance, the insurance repairer did half a job. Thank you to the team at Subaru Narellan who got my car repaired and on the road while I waited. Every visit is a pleasant one even when things don't go your way, the service team are always willing to go above and beyond. Jacob was more than happy to help me with my battery and get me back to work.

Very happy with presentation of car after service and for general servicing advice. Car runs fantastic. All staff very genuine and helpful.

As always the team at Subaru Narellan service centre are very professional. My daughter brought my car in for me. The car was ready when they said it would be ready and I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card. There were a couple of things I wanted checked and everything I asked for was done, including a wash and vacuum (which I was really grateful for). I am very happy I chose a Subaru again. The car is absolutely lovely

First service for my '20 STI and this is the most recommended place for servicing them in Sydney. Was quick and thorough:)

If you want to spend 30 minutes on the phone waiting for the service department to answer and to be sent on an extension run-around, this is the centre for you. No call backs. Very poor service

If zero could be a rating that's what I would give this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your car here! I waited for a service and I was told 1 hr- 1.5 hrs. I was waiting there for 5 hours! They did not carry out the work they said they did on the receipt. I had the car inspected when I got home, infact they made my car worse and caused damaged to my car which they are not taking any ownership for. I have been crying and stressed they are bullies and liars.

I can highly recommend getting my car serviced at Subaru Narellan, for ease of drop off and pick up and how professional Jacob and all the team are- they run a seamless operation.
