Subaru Narellan fixed a tyre pressure computer error and re-installed a grommet I dislodged at no charge. Really awesome service.

Love the team at service crew at Suburu Smeaton Grange. They are fast, friendly and very accommodating. I really feel well-looked after and won't go anywhere else - even though we are out of the area. They always do a great job:)

Friendly staff and very professional service as always. The shuttle bus is down due to covid but the team at Narellan were great and helped me out with a loan vehicle so I wouldn't miss work.

Service was good friendly staff keep me informed & showed me a few things that need fixing the only downside was no cleaning you car anymore. I also have a Holden & they have continued cleaning my car right through the C/19 eppedecic at every service.

Had to service my car at Liverpool during lockdown as I couldn't make my way to Narellan. Ended up a total disaster. They just don't provide the same level of service and expertise as Narellan does. Never had an issue at Narellan in the 10 years I've been going there.

The best Subaru service centre I’ve been to. Thanks to Joe, Collin and all the staff for looking after my forester. Great diagnosis report with excellent details regarding repairs before commencement. Everything was completed on time. Highly recommend!

Firstly I would like to commend Subaru Smeaton Grange service centre for their outstanding customer service with my recent recall and diagnostics done on the eyesight issue I have been experiencing. Upon collection of my car, the gentlemen thoroughly explained the issue and what they have done. He also went out of his way to assist me and coming into my car to assist in reducing a potential battery drainage caused by my dashcam that may have been causing the issue. At the height of the current lockdown, his customer service and technical skills are highly commendable. I have had service from other car dealers and would say that Subaru Narellan stands out from the others. Thank you and continue providing the service you do for all your customers.

The Service Centre has good staff that are courteous and professional, from booking in, to taking delivery of the vehicle.
The workshop Technicians look after your vehicle as well.
Considering we are currently in COVID lockdown in the Greater Sydney Area, the whole process of getting your car serviced here at Subaru Narellan was faultless.

Very professional, friendly, polite staff!
We needed a lift as our car was going to be needed for 3-4 hours for service/map update
and we were driven by Colin (nice young man)
to Narellan! Colin also picked us up to return
us to Subaru with no problems at all!

Such an amazing experience. Cannot fault them. They managed to squeeze us in on very short notice (30 min before closing). They spent half an hour on the phone to us before that and the receptionist was amazing and helpful. A big thank you to Jacob who went above and beyond to get it fixed within our very tight time frame to head back home. They took the time to pull everything a part to check what was wrong. Just such a good bunch of people. Thank you again.

The Subaru team at Narellan is a team of professionals and are genuine in their approach to the customer. The entire process of booking a service is straightforward and the customer is always made aware of what to expect in the way of costs prior to any work being completed. The ‘before’ and ‘after’ experience is always friendly, helpful and amicable. I congratulate Subaru in putting together such a dedicated team of friendly and helpful professionals at every level within the business. I hope this attitude and consideration for the customer is ongoing. I have no hesitation recommending Subaru Narellan to any Subaru owner. You won’t be left disappointed.

Subaru Narellan service department are a bunch of crooks. We needed an engine replacement and were QUOTED IN WRITTEN EMAIL $1,500 (for installation cost, not incl. Cost of actual engine). Then as the new engine was getting shipped to Subaru they decided to send an email saying oops "now it's $2,500". When we requested a breakdown of why they were increasing it by $1,000 they could not answer, instead their reply was the price is $2,500 take it or leave it. We received a quote from a Subaru specialist to install the engine for half the cost, so how can Subaru justify charging an extra $1000 on-top of what they had already QUOTED? Our car is only 3 years old, brought brand new and the engine blows up. A month after buying this brand new car the transmission had a fault and had to be rebuilt. It's been one thing after another. The lack of customer service and the exorbitant price changes without justification is criminal. After this experience I'd highly recommend that people DONT use Subaru Narellan and would recommend you DONT buy a Subaru.

Very happy with the work done for the Log Book service, but I have never been a fan of them telling me how much the service will be before they have started. For my wife's car I pay about $180 at my mechanic for the same service (except for the two bottles of fuel additive) Subaru charge approx. $350. In this price Subaru include washing the car, vacuuming the inside and tyre blackener, all of which gets charged out at their hourly rate.
Seeing I wash my own car I tell them not to wash it, but nothing gets taken off the Bill. They have never said its complementary and I wouldn't believe them if they did say that. Someone has to pay the wages of the person doing the washing etc. Saying all that the car is a pleasure to drive and has never let me down. I will continue to use Subaru for my servicing.

The Subaru tech's do their jobs and I do have faith in their work.
$400+ for a minor service that did include a rego check $42, I thought this was steep - Over half was labour. It also included $46 for supply and fit a stop/tail light globe ($35 labour content) again I thought this steep too. I guess you get what you pay for and Subaru have always stood by their quality of workmanship. They did forget to wash my car after the service; it has always been carried out in the past, so did it myself.

I strongly recommend not using this service centre. To say I had a negative experience would be an understatement, they are dishonest and extremely unhelpful.

If I could give zero stars I would! In the hope to prevent other people having to deal with them.
