Sorry we ever heard the name. Signed up at a price. Told to drop it 50k after two open homes. After third told to drop another 50.k. Felt bullied into going lower in price so they could get their commission. Changed open time 3 times in one day and when we complained they cancelled all opens. Was finally released from contract, after paying advertising fees. Was not given a copy of our contract, had to ask for it after 3 weeks. I believe this practice to be against the law. Stay away from this firm. They will bully you into a quick sale to get their commission. They don’t care about the vendor, they do care about their own pockets. Don’t trust them, you will lose.

My experience with Stone Real Estate was excellent, especially Kellie Yates. She saved Us the chance to view the property as we cannot inspect it the other day. She help us to complete the application and get it approval quickly. Very helpful and professional. Thank you, Kellie.

I wouldn't say it was the best property I have bought, but the best thing I did was to pull it off another property manager and transfer it to Stone. Gemma was outreaching, dedicated, supportive and professional, she started helping me out when it was with another local agent. After transferring it to Stone, she quickly leased it out in no time. All related property management down on the track have been so far so good, there is nothing to complain and there are a lot I appreciate. The current property manager Rejuan is responsive, responsible and very thoughtful, he managed to renew the leasing agreement for 60 weeks so as to bypass December the low season in rental market - I even didn't think about it - I can't feel grateful enough to Gemma and Rejuan, I would highly recommend Stone to all property investors in Central Coast area, and wish Stone all the best in future.
