Applied for a rental through them, haven't heard anything back, had my application for 9 days and when you call them they say someone will call you back and never do, actually you do have my number as the last text I got from someone there was saying that my application was progressing and since I got a message about the inspection time and since then you keep sending the other person on the application reminder for inspection which I had to call up and get you to stop, if I knew how to post the text messages from this real estate I would cause I still have them

Deeply disappointing business. Having experienced both selling and renting with them - simply put - go elsewhere. There is a reason why they changed their name, the negative reviews on here are true, trust what they say and go elsewhere.

Ron Coleman's staff have gone out of their way to help with my property.
The staff go out of their way to solve issues as soon as they arise.

Fantastic company to deal with. Back to the Coleman brand where Ron belongs. I have had an investment property managed through them for the last 4-5 years and never had any communication issues if fact matters have always been raised and dealt with promptly. These are the best agents that I have dealt with over the past 20 years.
Unless anything happens to change the culture that I experience with Ron and his team all my business will go through them for many years to come.

I'll just say with my recent experience looking at and buying a house, this mob was the worst on the coast to deal with. They never updated any of their listings on domain or real estate apps so you'd constantly be looking into houses that were off the market or under offer. Their agents don't have manners, one even told me "maybe you should look at properties more in your price range" as if he knew what that was.
I went to one open house with them and was with another couple left stood up with no contact after explaining why they listed an open house and never came to it.
The moment that stopped me dealing with them again was when I put an offer in, they told me they weren't going to take it because it was too low and the owner wanted more so there was no point even putting it forward to them. I found out later that house ended up selling for 40k less than my offer.

I'm writing this month's after dealing with them because i have a mate currently looking at the market who bought up how annoying they are to deal with and it bought back all the frustrating memories. If I were selling a house, no way I'd want these Muppets working for me.

It's also pretty funny looking at all the owners responses to the negative reviews as if his business is that great they all must be incorrect, waiting for my response. I'd also like to point out that "Shaun Diviney" who has left 2 5 star reviews for them is also an employee.

Ron and his team gave us a very personal and professional experience. They understood and saw the potential in our property and worked above and beyond. Always communicated clearly. A league above all others. I strongly recommend Ron and his team to any prospective clients. Thank you for all your hard work. Looking forward to future business with you.

My family and I had been inspecting and applying for properties for almost 3 months.

All up we'd applied for over 40 properties and we got knocked back for each and every one of them even though my carer and I have a excellent rental history.

We only had 7 days to go til we had to be out of the house we were in, we were almost homeless til Coleman Estate Agents contacted us and gave us the chance we very much deserved.

Real Estate agent wastes time trying to see If you are a serious buy and then spends three days trying to haggle $2000. Tries to force you to sign on the same day. Doesn't return phone calls. Avoid like the plague.

Kellie Yates is a dead set legend and absolutely lovely. My partner and I were rental hunting for over 3mnths with no luck spoke to kellie and within 24hrs had a reciept for a holding deposit and a date booked to sign a lease absolute angel couldnt have helped at a more needed time.
