I have been utilising Ron's property management services for multiple properties, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by him and his team.

Firstly let me say i was told by the proprietor if i left a bad review he was going to sue me! I would not leave one star if i could have left a negative review.
All this real estate want is their commission!
We were trying to sell and buy through this real estate. Bad decision. We signed with Reece, who was amazing, however, Ron Coleman took over our contract. That should have been a red flag then. After three weekends on the market we withdrew from sale as we decided not to sell, and the house we wanted to buy we could not secure at the time.
It was then the phone calls started. If i didnt answer the phone calls (which were more than once a day) i was being texted (more than once a day) by Ron Coleman. I have the history on my phone to confirm this, (For over 3 months) Even when my husband and i went to Fiji for 10 days, i was constantly bombarded with phone calls and text. Quite a breach of privacy.
I was advised to seek a PVO (personal violence order) against this company if the persistent harassment continued.
Yes, we did end up selling, although we would not allow
Ron Coleman on site.
We purchased a house through a much kinder real estate.
I cannot get sued for the truth!

Poor service! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if you want to rent your property they don’t care who goes in there and their condition reports are not even completed. We have had a rental property with this agent for the last 6 years, the last year we had a tenant move out recently and left the property a mess where we had to pay for a cleaner, skip bin, and gardener the property was left awful. The real estate insisted that the tenant fixed the issue and they did nothing. They had our keys for an extra two weeks. I emailed them all the time with communication and nothing back. They even offered me cheaper rates to stay but still that’s fix the money we gave to spend to clean the property up. My kindness was taken advantage of it’s a shame it’s been a bad 12 months with this real estate.

I am disgusted in your customer service, I am disgusted the way you treat your tenants, you people are derogative and nasty. You have harassed my daughter for the past 3 months about moving out with no help from you whatsoever. You degraded her, harassed her and insulted her whilst taking photos of her property to sell it, I will be taking this further, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm a previous tenant. Staff were rude and arrogant. They tried to claim all of our bond for things such as carpet cleaning when the carpets were being removed by the owner, damage to paint that was present when we moved in and things like a broken light switch after being there for over 5 years and very little ever being done. Then we found they were bad mouthing us to other real estates while looking for another place. Hear nothing but bad from other tenants/previous tenants. Will never rent through Coleman again. They even changed to Stone for a short time to try and hide their inability to do a decent job.

I have never encountered a realestate as unprofessional as Coleman estate agents toukley,

I had registered to view a property they had for lease, the inspection time was cancelled and rescheduled about 5 times. Me, my partner and our 16 month old son arrived at the property 5 minutes before the registered inspection time and waited there was 4 other’s also there to view the property and we all waited.and waited.and waited. No one showed up to show the property at the registered time and we waited there for 45 minutes assuming they where late. Multiple calls where made to the agency with no answer each time. Eventually we left and drove to the realestate. The doors where locked and no one in sight. A man eventually made his way to the door and as we asked about the inspection time he said the house was open for an hour this morning. Once we told him it certainly wasn’t he then said that the property manager couldn’t get his car started to show the property. I understand that having unexpected car troubles is an unfortunate event but some sort of notice would have been considerate.

I will never be renting, selling or buying through Coleman estate agents, being this unreliable at an inspection I couldn’t even begin to imagine how unprofessional and unreliable they would be if there was a problem with the property that needed attention.

Highly unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It was an absolute pleasure selling our house with Coleman Estate Agents. There were many challenges for us, including selling from an interstate location and the current difficulties with the global pandemic.
Coleman were able to adapt to the changing situation rapidly, and their exceptional communication kept us well informed and engaged throughout the process.
The skill and dedication the team displayed was outstanding, helping us achieve a result that we could only dream of. With the sale of our property achieved in the way it was, we have been able to secure a dream home for our growing family.

I can not recommend Coleman Estate highly enough!

I had employed the property management services of Coleman for my 2 investment property units, from November 2019 onwards. In the beginning, they were good; they sourced tenants quickly and were responsive. Over the past few months, I noticed that their service standards were dropping: unanswered calls and voice messages, delay in answering emails and simple issues taking a long time in getting resolved, became the norm. Their property management team has undergone a lot of restructuring and hiring, and I could see that their service standards were deteriorating. The biggest shock for me was when I realised that my property was not insured. When I had signed up with Coleman, I had signed forms of Terri Scheer landlord insurance and passed them on to my property manager. She told me that she had filed them, and that the property was insured. When the bushfires happened, as my property was in a bushfire zone, I again called the property manager and was told that the insurance was valid and that I have nothing to worry about. I trusted them and did not do my due diligence, after all I was paying them to take care of my interests. It was only recently that when I got in touch with the insurer, I got to know that my property was never insured. In the past 9 months, my property could have been damaged, and I could have lost a lot of money because of the negligence of Coleman. Their blatant lying is beyond incompetence. It is a sign of my disgust with Coleman, that despite having the compulsory 30-day notice period with Coleman, I paid Coleman their share and also paid the new property management team money up-front and got them to take over the contracts of my property with immediate effect. Considering the way that I have been treated, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

For property management contracts, watch for the 90 days notice period that Coleman requires to switch to another agency.
Wasn't happy with the level of communication and there had been numerous miscommunications made by the property management team resulting in income losses to me. I needed to double check things carefully. I've switched to another agent since.

Would not recommend Coleman Estate Agents when purchasing your first home. We put in an offer which was accepted, they then asked us to pay a 0.25% deposit, which in their words was to stop the vendors from accepting another offer or selling to someone else, which we paid thinking that that meant that the vendors couldn’t accept another offer. Reluctant to sign the contract as waiting for our solicitors approval. The real estate then told me that there was an open house on the weekend which is standard but they would have to tell everyone that came through that the house was under offer. I then get a call on the Monday saying that the vendors had signed a contract with someone else. I now know that while it is in their rights to sell to someone else but the fact that they lied to me about the 0.25 deposit being to stop other buyers is completely wrong. They also didn’t even have the decency to tell us that another buyer had put in an offer!
It is clear that this real estate only care about their commission and are willing to lie to get it.

Only leased through this realestate for 3 months and i find it extremly unprofessional in response times. And never a call back. Get sick of chasing for repairs. Between terrible landlord and realestate. Completely over it. Never had a realestate that's so out of whack with communication.

My property manager Rachel Denning from Coleman Estate agents has really demonstrated the value of having a good reliable person looking after your property, especially when dealing with tenant issues and sorting out insurance claims.

I have used Colman Estate agents for over 5 years and I have to congratulate them on their professionalism, responsiveness and customer care.

It’s also great that the Principle agent Ron Coleman is always happy to take phone calls and provide property market insights.

This is the pits, this agent is to be avoided like the plague, he is a complete nutter. Rude, arrogant, spoiled for ego and demanding, an aggressive scammer who seeks to rip off house sales.

You Say you do not know me, Sales in Lakehaven, i am not not surprised you can not use a database, you change your office name and staff and leave a community in awe of your abuse.
