After almost 3 years and an equal number of agents promising the earth and delivering nothing more than large advertising bills, we were recommended to contact Jill Henry and her team at Stone Real Estate Lindfield to list our house for sale. Well, what a totally different and honest approach. Before signing the agency agreement Jill and her team said they would be telling us some things that we may not want to hear but they believed there were some changes we should make in order to sell our house. Ironically the changes that they advised were some of the things we had asked the previous agents about and were always told no, not necessary. We signed the agreement with Stone, made the recommended changes, and the first open house saw 19 groups come through. Within two weeks we had two buyers racing to get their finance approved. The house quickly sold and three years of Weds/Sat open houses and last minute private inspections are now just a bad memory. Jill had given us an estimate of what she believed the house would sell for and she was as good as her word. The price Jill and her team achieved was just what we had hoped for but, after our horror run with other agents, did not think we would ever achieve. We cannot speak highly enough of Jill and her team - they are straight talkers, with no sugar coating and no BS, as all professional business people should be. The prospective buyers Jill brought through were people whose budgets were in the range of the price guide (unlike the previous agents who brought clients through regardless of their budget, resulting in a waste of time and energy for everyone). Something I learnt from selling the house “Never question Jill and just do what she says”. Many times i disagreed with her but she ended up right (lucky she didn’t say I told you so!) She can’t be number one in Roseville without knowing her stuff that all I can say. Apart from that she was super quick to response and always there to answer your questions or any issues that you might have.can’t recommend her enough.

I organised a private inspection with real estate agent Sahil who cancelled via text message 5 minutes prior to the meeting. It took me more than 2 hours to commute to the property, however received no courtesy call cancelling the appointment. Sahil demonstrated indecency and a disregard for other people's time and efforts, and unprofessionalism with negotiating a sale of a property. I recommend not using this real estate agency if you don't want your time and efforts wasted.
