Selling the family home after 32 years was always going to be an emotional and stressful experience, made more so doing it by myself. However Belinda was always on my side and very helpful. She suggested some sales strategies and timings that other agents had not. We worked well as a team utilising the strength of our location and a realistic approach to the market. She also made every effort to keep nervous potential buyers interested despite the rapid changes in interest rates and changing circumstances. Belinda even secured an increased offer at the last minute! I am very happy, relieved and now settled in my new downsized home.

What makes his team standing out even more is their after-sales service - Max Ma and Gwilym Chan helped us rent out the property within a month, and have since been looking after our property in great care (through the flood and storm in Feb and March!). Max and Gwilym are extremely responsive, and hard-working. You would never have to worry about a thing for renting out your property with them.
