As a first time seller I had no idea what to expect from the whole process, but I could not have been happier with the final result- all thanks to Andrew!
We initially met with a few agents and Andrew stood out for me as he explained things carefully (without just assuming we would know these things!), he was the only agent to have accurate sales prices for comparable properties, and I really felt confident that Andrew would work hard to get the best possible price for my apartment.
