I moved my property across to Stone Real Estate after having multiple issues with my previous Managing Agent. I had met Todd when we first rented the house out and he always kept in touch to see if he could help in any way so when the time came, I had no hesitation in moving the property across.

Claire helped me sort some of the issues caused by the previous agent which was not easy. She is fantastic with her enthusiasm, level of care and attention to detail. Since Claire and Todd have had control of the property they have taken great care of the house and us and always strive to do the very best they can in any situation. Their communication is excellent and their understanding and forward thinking are fantastic. Their proactive approach is a must have, especially in the current market climate.

Our property had been listed for sale by another agent for nearly six months. During this time, we did not receive any offers close to what we were looking for. This somehow had damaged the reputation of our property. The previous agent had told us that on the current market it was " impossible" to sell even close to the price we needed.

Eventually we decided to change the agent which somehow could have been a risky move. Maria and her team made us feel confident that they could do the job with satisfactory results. They restarted a new marketing campaign and from day one we could feel a fresh air and a very positive attitude.

She has a whole range of amazing people of various professions that she works with and receives advice from including interior designers, home decorators and professional photographers. During the campaign we regularly received inspection reports with detailed feedback in the form of emails and phone calls. This way we could keep the track of how things were going. We finally achieved an outstanding result in less than 8 weeks!
