Terrible agency and property managers. I leased a property in manly for 12 months and was subject to invasion of privacy and totally inappropriate (and rather relentless) requests from the owners - they expected me to pay for a parking permit for them for when they’re in town (they weren’t entitled to one from council), then refused to refund me. It’s actually illegal! I received excessive calls from the property manager at the time, asking me “where it’s up to”, even went so far as telling me how to apply for it online.
What a joke.

I was blamed for faults already existing in the property, and threatened that if I didn’t let the owners access the property for non-urgent measurements when they wanted, then they would just give me an inspection notice - to which they assumed would force me to allow access. However it was at this point that I put my foot down and refused.

I would never recommend this business - not if you want to go without hot water for days “to protect the owner”, and especially if you currently rent.
I am so glad I’ve moved on and found much more respectful agents.

Thoroughly professional, yet very friendly. Organized the various trades etc for quotes to prepare the house for sale, everyone turned up on time. Always kept us informed, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Found a number of people interested in the property two months ahead of auction date, showed the property to them and secured a sale that evening, saving us thousands of dollars in advertising and repairs etc.and getting us a good price. Even turned up to give a hand moving stuff on settlement day. I couldn't recommend Louise highly enough. She also assisted in finding my son and I a rental unit.

I have a great property manager (Claire) who gives me peace of mind. She's experienced and works with a good team (listing agent Todd, etc) who were proactive in finding me a tenant. She can be quite busy but my messages were always returned. I find their service reasonable value and would recommend them.

Julian Rowe Is absolutely horrible to deal with and impossible to communicate. Pushing me for an offer over $100k above the price guide with very harsh language and only given me a few hours to exchange the contract. We would have given much higher offer if we were treated as normal human being. Would not recommended to any owners if you want to sell at a premium price.
