Totally Professional easily the best Realestate agent in Seaforth
Any agent can move a property in a strong market, but the current conditions with rising interest rates, covid and the scare of a looming recession meant the task of selling was so much more difficult. I don't believe any of the other agents in Seaforth were up to the challenge.
Maria and her team personify the word professional, and we would hesitate to recommend Maria and her team.

Sold in 5 days! A brilliant result from two fantastic agents
We were quite nervous to be selling in a difficult property market but having Louise and Julian on the journey with us took so much stress out of the whole process. They were honest, knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Trades were lined up in no time at all and transformed the house seamlessly and without drama. Potential buyers were followed up in a timely thorough manner with the campaign quickly brought to a negotiation that was handled with professionalism and transparency, resulting in a price above expectations after only 5 days on the market. We couldn't recommend Julian and Louise more highly.

Having just recently purchased a property through Stone Realty in Seaforth, the lead Agent Maria Cassarino was quite wonderful to deal with. It is never easy bidding on your dream home, emotions and tensions run high naturally, that is a given.

How you feel throughout the experience is always going to be paramount to how far you are willing to go to reach the goal. We felt Maria was open and honest with us throughout the sale. Naturally the agent is expected to get the best result for the vendor, this is always understood, however as the buyer, we must determine what the true value of the home is looking at it from the long term perspective. At no point did we actually feel tense or that we were being driven to buy something that was not worth it.

Maria remained professional throughout the negotiations, she kept us very well informed at all times of the Vendor's wishes and we feel she honestly did try to make it happen for us within the limitations a buyer must accept when the agent is working for the Vendor and not us.

Maria happily explained all the problems we might face post sale and she openly, and we felt honestly, answered our questions when they arose. We knew the flaws we would need to take on post sale and were offered ways with which to resolve them which was helpful in the decision process.

All told, we give Maria a 9.5 out of 10 and have decided that when the time comes to sell our current property shortly, we will enlist Maria to do that for us. How is that for having enough confidence in her?
