I would like to thank both Georgia Castle and Georgia Island for their invaluable help in finding me a property. They were both extremely friendly in understanding what I was looking for. I cannot speak highly enough for both of these lovely ladies. This is the second time I have secured a property through Starr Partners over the years and I would recommend them to anyone, as they truly live up to the statement " helping the community". Thank you ladies you are both a credit to Starr Partners.

Purchased through them. Of all the issues you can have buying a house, none came from them (banks and mortgage brokers were the problem). Stephen, Trevor and Gail (the sales team) were always helpful and friendly.

Unprofessional service, No duty of care, very hard to live with them. Don't get them in your life. They have ability to destroy your time and future. Crab management.poorly trained their staffs.no customer care.no sense of urgency. StarrPartner - Penrith is good at NOTHING.

If you want to lease your property fast and quick, I highly recommend to contact Starr Partners Georgia. We had engaged other agent for two weeks and it went to no where. As soon as we switched to Georgia, she found the tenant for us within a week. It is due her professional marketing, proactive attitude, good communication, follow up and fast response. Once you contact her, you can sit back and relax.

If you want a healthy relationship with tenant or a piece of mind as a landlord, stay away from Starr Penrith! I'm a landlord who has been with them for over 1 year. The people (Rebecca and Mitch) are fine most of the time. However when things to wrong (tenant left recently), they are the most unhelpful people to deal with. Not answering phone calls, no plan, extremely reactive and basically just waiting for the landlord to leave them. They issued a breach without notifying the me as well. There is absolutely no team work in the company when it gets busy. Very disappointed in their general ability to operate.

Best agency we have been able to rent through in 25 years! The staff are friendly and approachable. Rebecca and Belinda have been fantastic to deal with and assist in getting repairs done through the owner. Highly recommend them.

I contacted one of the staffs for looking after my property. Georgia called me back and clarified all my queries and concerns. I am so impressed by her positive, friendly, and proactive actions. I have received a lot of good advice.

Very unprofessional i fill up a form to rent a property with them and next day they send us a text said that our application is unsuccessful you dont text people at least ring and explained why.

Belinda I am glad I knew my legal steps because God only knows how many people you have ripped off with 'fair water and tare', previous damage etc absolute joke! I'm glad I won this battle!
Be careful dealing with this group. I should have listen but have benefit of doubt NEVER AGAIN.

We have used Starr Partners Penrith 3 times now and they are hands down the most professional and efficient real estate in Penrith!

So after an horrific experience with Starr Partners real estate in Penrith, I left a Facebook review outlining the issues that I had with them. Rather than fixing it, they have decided to start leaving negative reviews on my restaurant! Let's hope they have a back up if my 4000 friends decide to do the same back to them!

Lazy. I would hate to be the vendor listing a property with this mob. I made an enquiry about a property a week ago and haven't heard back from them yet. They want that "easy" commission but they are too lazy to pick up the phone.

Friendly staff, professional yet easy going. Always happy to help out no matter what! I feel very comfortable with the Team!

Purchased my first home through star partners Penrith. The lady at the desk put me onto a man who was able to find the perfect house that also had a tenant already renting it. He managed to keep the tenant for us and we've had no troubles since. I will be using them again in the future when I look to finally buy another investment property. Fingers crossed its this easy again!

My investment property is fantastically managed by Mitch, Bel and the Starr Partners team. The service they have provided, from quickly finding perfect tenants to efficiently responding to any queries of mine, has been beyond excellent.

Very unprofessional property managers that lie time and time again threaten tenants with a perfect rental history claim 4 times what the end of lease quote was out of the bond! They might be good when selling a house but I wouldn't recommend renting through them to anyone who wants to keep a perfect rental history!
