Starr Partners Penrith

I was a tenant with them; very bad agency and unprofessional. They steal $1000 from my bond and told me that the dishwasher is not cleaned properly. I have never used a dishwasher in my life. I would not recommend this agency. Shame on you guys

Why has the listing for 5 Coallee Place, South Penrith price gone up from $620/week to $640/week? Was there high interest once it was listed so you upped the price? Makes you look like very dishonest people.

Been a current tenant of starr partners Glenmoore park for about 6 months now throughout that time they have been nothing but nice and respectful, the staff of starr partners in glenmoore park have been extremely helpful in tough times i would highly recommend renting through this team as they are very professional and help you with all of your needs.

Staff have been very helpful and professional assisting us selling our own house and then arranging an extended settlement with the vendor of the new house we are purchasing.

Fooling ppl by not sharing the offers when it was made by the actual buyers in every ones presence and later calling the buyers to quote a bit more and more if you really want the property as others have made higher offer. Why can’t they just go and sell to the person who made the higher offer? Shows the hidden commission and their greedy ness right? There’s no transparency how do we know if anyone has made a higher offer?
Well, things don’t end here they definitely keep your details and the price you quoted and later will try to sell a cheaper property for at least the price you already quoted for one property as now they know your worth lol

I have dropped the idea of purchasing after this worse experience
