Starr Partners Penrith

We have been having an exceptional property purchase experience recently so far, however we would like to wait and share our final review on Starr Partners after the final inspection to be carried out at the end of this month. Thanks team for now.

The fact I have to give 1 star in order to post a review is too high for the quality of service we've received.

We are having issues with water damage and possible mould outbreaks that are not being looked into.
We pay our rent up to date and weekly receive messages saying we are behind when this is not the case despite our evidence being provided they haven't corrected the issue on their end.
They are now trying to say we are almost a complete month behind in rent even though we've provided the details that we are current.
This is a complete lack of financial reconciliation on their end and to push back onto us is very unprofessional.

Receptionist chris is extremely rude. Do not rent from this office unless you want to be treated with disrespect.

We are first home buyers are were guided through each step of the process clearly. We were looked after by Julie who was so warm and welcoming and felt like she provided us with a very personal service. Gail on reception was also lovely and was always happy to help answer questions and queries that we had. We are so happy with our new home and would not hesitate to use Starr Partners and Julie again if we ever decided to sell.

A pleasure to deal with Starr Partners, they were always efficient and helpful, we would definitely use them again.

Whilst selling our property Josh Cassells from Starr Partners Real Estate was super enthusiastic and great when it came to sorting out documentation. He went above and beyond ensuring that the property got maximum advertising exposure. Definitely recommend.

Selling your home can be daunting at the best of times but with Julie’s support, confidence and belief in our home, we had a great experience and were extremely happy with the outcome. We are former tenants through Starr Partners Penrith. If you decide to rent a property through this office, expect to do all the running around yourself. We found it extremely difficult to contact our Property Manager and would have to call/ email multiple times before problems were resolved. At the end of our lease we arrived at the Penrith office to return the keys, and were told that we had to go to the Glenmore Park office to do so. This was never mentioned in any emails from our manager and was quite frustrating. Communication between tenant and manager needs to be improved. Office Staff are friendly and polite, it’s a shame the lack of professionalism in other sections of the company make the entire agency look bad.

We called about a property over a week ago and were told they don't hold private inspections of properties to be paitient and an inspection would be booked. So we waited and waited. Then BAM all of a sudden the house is suddenly leased. Putrid attitude from the receptionist who didn't even offer so much as an apology. We have contacted head office who were lovely and happy to handle the staff here at penrith/stanmore park.

Linda did an excellent job of advertising and getting tenants into our property and was very quick to act on all requests - highly recommended. Additionally Kyp who ran most of the open homes did a great job of promoting, showing the best of the property and reporting on, despite the COVID19 restrictions and a very hectic schedule. Very satisfied so far.

Asked for a couple of repairs to be done, Linda was fast to ensure these were repaired in a timely manner.

Great real estate to work for. Friendly professional co-workers. Gorgeous office space. Loads of experience and knowledge. Customer service is their focus.

The employees at the office threw false accusations against us tenants after vacating to claim money. One of the employees is very disrespectful she hung up the phone in my face, I didn't finish what I had to say. Absolutely not professional. There is no manners whatsoever, Highly offensive behavior. **NOT RECOMMENDED**

Can not recommend Starr Partner Glenmore Park enough. From helping us to find the perfect little home for our family. To putting up with my partners phone calls and emails lol. Not once did Shane get annoyed and always answered her 1000 questions.
And Georgia the same with always answering her emails (even on her day off)

Air con broke 3 weeks ago. No contact after the initial visit. Hottest summer on record. Couldnt keep my 3 year old in the house i rent as it was to hot and dangerous.

Oh and when i rung today to complain they hung up on me and emailed instead!

Both the sales team and the property managers are wonderful people, who always strive for the best for their clients. I don't know about the other angry people on here, but my experience with the PM team was amazing. They truly care for your property and you, no matter what you are, tenant or landlord, they always do their best for you.

That other Craig Bennett must've gone to a different agency, I have never had a bad interaction with the staff at Star Partners Penrith.

Most unprofessional real estate agent I have dealt with. I’m surprised there star reviews aren’t lower. There staff members have no clue what they are doing and are very awkward to speak to face to face and only know how to communicate over email when ripping you off with unexpected bills and additional charges.

Don't rent anything from them. They are all smiles until you need some thing. Then they are rude, uncontactable and drag their feet. Any issues you have get ignored for as long as possible. Their agents are unprofessional, vindictive and condescending. They arent holding up their end of the bargain.

Georgia was fantastic to work with when leasing my property, very friendly, professional and attentive to any needs I may have. Anna-Leigh has since taken over the leasing side and provided a very friendly and professional service with minimal fuss, I would definitely recommend working with Starr Partners when leasing your property.
