Starr Partners Liverpool

Currently I am renting out a property with them. As in customer service they are always friendly and attentive. I have been tenant more than 3 years, they always response if any matters come dealing with property.

Gavin and the team are an absolute pleasure.their professional, honest and friendly manner makes them so easy to deal with.
It has been a carefree experience while renting through the Star Partners

28/2/20: I am a former tenant and Starr Partner Liverpool (Jacob) gave me the wrong keys on the first day I rented the property. We had to wait for approx. 2 hours for Extreme Locksmith to come and replace the whole lock as the Real Estate couldn't locate the right keys. Extreme Locksmith also had to break the garage padlock as we did not receive any keys for it.

That was around December 2017. They since got a lot better however still have a lot of room to improve hence I give this rating 3 stars.

I moved out of the property around end of February 2020 and still waiting for my credit / refund. Went to speak to them twice about it and numerous emails were sent. Still waiting for credit.

As a first time investor I was recommended by family friend to reach out to Gavin at Starr Liverpool and as soon as I met with Gavin we felt at ease I knew our property would be in excellent hands. The communication and feedback we received from him and his team in Liverpool was excellent in managing our property. They helped us through some difficult letting experiences and searched for the ideal tenant for our property giving us support and great recommendations in improving the property to ensure the tenant selected are happy respectful of the property and in for a long term. It has been over a year now and we have not had to worry about any issues the team at Starr Liverpool have done fantastic job with managing our property we cannot recommend Gavin and his team highly enough.

I bought my investment property through Starr partners 6 years ago. The transaction was smooth and Starr partners has been managing my property all this time up until today when my properties wake settled. In this time I have always felt taken care of and all kept in the loop by the Starr Partners team, Tansel, Samantha and the man himself
Gavin especially. And i saw how hard they work for both the landlords and the tenants. Tansel would always call straight away if the tenant had any issues making sure they were dealt with as soon as possible for the tenant. Unfortunately he also had to go to a tribunal for me in two separate occasions. One due to a tenant moving out with weeks and weeks of unpaid rent and another for a tenant damaging property. In both cases I was called after every meeting and never felt in the dark. I think this is so important for landlords.
Before listing my property I spoke to Gavin a few times for advice and he always gave me his expert opinion, which may not have been what I wanted to hear but it is what I needed to know to make this huge decision. He answered my calls after hours answering any concerns I had.
I can say with full confidence if I ever have another investment property in the area Gavin will be the first call.

Obviously one to stay away from, look at the responses to constructive feedback one comment “look after landlords as if they are our own’ pfft obviously ment look after landlords related to them, can’t believe I was going to waste my time inspecting a residential on behalf of someone, obviously reject anyone they can’t take advantage of, yes faris they obviously use their office staff or relatives of their office staff to write good feedback, unfortunately it’s becoming quite common in the real estate industry, agents can’t cope with critical feedback seen happen and it’s so obvious, they don’t realise it doesn’t get them anywhere competing in that way, not sure why they’re so arrogant there’s nothing to be so overly proud of responding the way they do, no people skills at all. Not returning a deposit after someone wasted time gathering all necessary details for an application only to be rejected, I don’t remember that being a policy in real estate, bad business ethics, I vaguely remember if you change your mind and don’t want to continue application then you may not get deposit but who would keep a deposit of someone searching for a place to live, but just happened to find another place the suited their needs better, lucky my friend wasn’t desperate to find a place although if they ever were I’d avoid star partners

Very bad agent. They had another name Metro Professionals and then they change the name of the agency because of the bad reviews to Star Partners and became worse.
They seem to be running a third world business.
Don't deal with these people
Stay away from them.note: all the good reviews are written by the office staff because they think themselves smarter than others and can mislead customers.

I have a good experience working with Vincene so far. She works with great enthusiasm and efficiency. She found us a suitable tenant within the first week.
