The real estate had inspected my investment advised the tenant requested the skirting board to be replaced.

Real estate was instructed to proceed and supply a quote time had pass approximately 6 months the real estate advised again the tenant has mention the is an issue with the skirting boards.

As evidence was provided to the real estate requesting to supply a quote for this work.
I had contacted the tenant (friend) who was looking after the matter and they had advised the real estate was asked multiple times to address this and they were ignoring them.

This was when I advised the real estate agent they will be removed from managing my investment. I received a call from the director of the company later that who was passive aggressive advising they are the best real estate in the area and I shouldn't cancel their services over this issue.

Gavin, Vincene and the team are the best - friendly, professional and always available. They have been looking after my property exceptionally well. They are proactive and l never had to follow up on any matter. I am very happy that I went with Gavin. Highly recommended.
