I'm at home whole day waiting for the delivery, seems like driver didn't even coming to my address but just change the status as miss the delivery, no one at home.avoid Star track

Do not use Star Track for deliveries. They claim to have delivered something to me while I wasn't home but what appears to have happened is that the driver just left the package on my doorstep despite me not being home, and someone stole it or he gave it to some random on the street who doesn't live at the address. Star Track is refusing to take responsibility. Truly appalling customer service.

Takes your money.

Doesn't even attempt to deliver goods and puts status on the website as delivered.

Call centers doesn't take / register complaints. Asks you to send complaints to an email address.

Lost parcels because they were not scanned. Valuable parcels requiring signature just thrown on front lawn. Lying on delivery status about no access. My supplier recommended that I pick up now because they don't trust these jokers.

Arrived just before 5pm to collect a parcel. No one was in the office but I quickly found a mother staff members who went off to find someone to help.

There is no obvious way to get through to a person via the customer service number for an unsuccessful delivery. The robot doesn't understand my voice.

Terrible. They miss delivery, the customer service has no contact with driver, depot or anything else. Reflects badly on the business that use Star Track for delivery of products,

Service levels have fallen off a cliff since being bought by Aus Post. I just received a call back from an investigator after a whole day of them looking for my parcel. The call got disconnected and she didn't call back, and if I call the number back it goes to their main dial in system. Pathetic.

Heard the courier and by the time i got to the door he was gone. Made the effort of bringing the "sorry we missed you" slip to the door but couldn't be bothered to knock the door? Really?

Horrific Service.

So, I ordered two parcels which got delivered at two totally different locations. Alright, fine. That happens. I call them up and they tell me i'm going to have to drive 20 minutes to get my second parcel. Alright, that's kinda annoying but it's still not the end of the world.

I arrive at 2: 10pm and I am forced to wait 2 hours for them to find my parcel and deliver it so I can pick it up.

Driver never delivers items to my address in the CBD.
Rarely leaves a we missed you card.
Always need to go to depot to pick up.

Twice they delivered my order to the wrong address. Waited 4 days to get it picked up and returned. What if the person the delivered to used it?
Bad company to use.

Ordered something online who used Startrack as their couriers. Was able to keep up to date with my delivery through their website. It said there was an unsuccessful delivery late Wednesday afternoon but I was home at that time. I called first thing in the morning and the call centre told me it had been put on an afternoon truck but the driver ran out of time and didn't deliver it. That was not an unsuccessful delivery, they never tried. Call centre agent was polite and helpful though.
Item was delivered the next day but the driver left it at my door without an authority to leave. I was home anyway but he knocked and left the package at my doorstep. I live in a unit block so if I wasn't home this would have been sitting at my door for 3+ hours until I got home from work.
All in all I didn't have a bad experience but not exactly a great one either.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences with a courier although Toll is up there.

Star Track courier pulls up and instead of using the buzzer and delivering the article he just puts a collect card in the letter box, I was home at the time because I saw the whole thing out the window. This often happens and I think it's because we're in an apartment block so he'd have to use stairs.

Rang up Star Track to ask why this had happened and that it's unacceptable, spoke to I think Tara who was dismissive, rude, uninterested and just put me on hold. So they also have extremely bad customer service at the contact centre which is supposed to resolve issues. Clearly they have a bad business structure and culture.

Driver could not find my apartment so he took the parcel back with him. The tracking system said my parcel was delivered. When I eventually got hold of the driver he informed me of this and said he would let the company know I needed it the next day. 3.30pm had not heard anything from the company so I rang them only to be told it was not possible to deliver today. Extremely disappointing considering my event is tonight and my parcel won't arrive until Monday.

Impossible to get hold of. Dropped my package god knows where and said I had signed for it. Completely useless at the thing they supposedly do. Never use. Ever.

Was informed via the app that my parcel had been delivered. I hunted around in the dark at 11.00pm trying to find it before I ended up calling them and was promptly informed that the driver had broken down and gone back to base! Not one text, call or email informing me of this in the 2 hours between his so called delivery and me having to call them panicking about a lost delivery. I paid a premium for fast delivery and there now saying I might have to wait till Monday. I understand that vans can break down but quite honestly after reading the all the 1 star reviews on here he probably just couldn't be bothered to deliver it at 10.00pm at night on the outer suburbs of Sydney. Bloody awful service. I probably won't buy from The ICONIC anymore either which is a shame as I can't be bothered to deal with this apathetic and useless service.

2 days in a row my parcel was supposed to be delivered and I have waited all day. Then I check the online tracker and it says unsuccessful delivery and the parcel is at the depot. There was no card left either time and no driver came to the door to deliver. Apparently it is going to be redelivered today. Not holding my breath that I will get it. Not the first time this has happened. Really bad courier service.
