Dishonest company. I am in the place for the whole morning waiting for the delivery. No knock, no call, no buzz, but just leaving the missed delivery card in the lobby. I dare they not even bring the parcel with them but only all those "Sorry we missed you" cards for the deliveries.

Way too hard to find, only 7 mins from my place, took over 30 mins to locate the warehouse, the complex is very confusing,

Ordered a package and waited all day during their delivery time up to 5pm, at 4: 45pm I check my mailbox and a missed parcel note was there, no ring or call at all.

I went to the post office where they said the parcel was delivered, turns out it was a mistake and they didn't have it. So rang StarTrack and it was sitting in their depot in Waterloo. I was only up the road so offered to pick it up, they said no because of Covid and they'll attempt redelivery.

A week later it was still at their depot and I live less than 10 mins away it was worth over a grand so I rang again and they realised their mistake.

Terrible customer service and the drivers must write out notes en masse so they can just deliver everything to the post office. Beyond fuming.

- Most delivery drivers are terrible, filling out missed delivery cards in their vans or before they get to the doorstep.
- The package tracking isn't as good as other courier services.
- Packages get taken back to a depot instead of post office far too often, then are extremely hard to track with a slow return to depot system. Miss delivery on a Friday and you probably won't be able to find out any information about it until Monday the next week.
- Terrible performance for a government owned company

Drivers are so bad. They just lie to the company, and say the tried to deliver. Two times they lied.the could have just called, but not smart enough to think of that even though their HQ told them too.

It is so hard to find a good company that cares about their job, their customers and the customers goods, but this company achieves all the above and personable customer service. In a time of lockdown when most companies throw their arms in the air, these guys have gone the other way and put more effort in and the results show. At every stage right down to the delivery guy, they show they care, are personable and take pride in what they do. Congratulations guys, your business will thrive in these hard times.

The worst ever courier service. They are actually not a door to door service, rather a vendor to your nearest post office service.

If your parcel is coming via star track, be prepared to collect it from your nearest post office, as they never come to your home to deliver, rather deliver in bulk to the nearest post office!

Is there an option to give negative stars?

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Waste of time and money. I paid extra for a fast delivery and it's all for nothing. Delivery attempted twice. There was no knock, no ring, no call, nothing. When I contact the customer service, they said the courier tried to phone me, checked my call history, there was NO phone. And all they can say is "there is nothing we can do". Just absolutely terrible.

I bought a SIM card from Telstra two weeks ago, and Telstra shipped it with StarTrack. I was notified it would be delivered the next day but it never came. I followed up and was told that the delivery driver hadn’t been able to find parking in front of my house. … okay? I mean, this is Sydney.surely this isn’t the first time a delivery driver has had difficulty finding the perfect park? I’ve never had this issue with other couriers.

Over the last fortnight, I’ve been emailing and calling but every time I get fobbed off. It is pretty clear now that this courier has no interest in following through on a redelivery.

Telstra is just as bad - happy to take my money but has failed to supply the goods and every time I ask, they just pin the blame on the courier. Shameless.

Terrible terrible service, driver doesnt ring my door bell, i have had amazon deliveries and post office deliveries, and they always rang my doorbell.the customer service doesnt sound like he cares at all and just tells me to pick up at the local post office

Offered to pick up my own parcel since I need it URGENTLY. Parcel has been at the depot for 2 days and I'm STILL waiting for them to process it. I'm doing them a favour AND going out of my own way to collect it yet I still have to wait. I can't even call the depot and the staff on the phones are useless.

Dishonest company. Terrible at delivery. Would give less than one star if possible. I know something will go wrong with delivery when it comes from Star Tracks. They do not knock on the door and this time after saying I wasn't home (didn't leave once) they didn't bother to leave a note either. When I checked the website it gave me no real info so called and was told it was redirected to the Post Office. The Post Office said sorry no its not here, let me guess Star Tracks, this keeps happening sorry it must be on the truck still so you won't it won't be delivered till after the weekend.if you are a company using Star Tracks stop because me and a bunch of others will no longer buy from companies using such a useless service.

This is the worst courier company, nothing they deliver turns up on time, I would give them a zero star if possible.
4 days (so far) to deliver a parcel from northern NSW to Sydney.

I have never had a positive experience and if I see that this is the delivery company associated with an online company I simply will not shop there.

The worst courier service on the planet. I was waiting right outside my building and the time they said it was "Attempted delivery" No one was there. So a blatant lie.

If I can give 0 or less i will do that. While i was waiting to this parcel,
I was all day long working in garage right next to my doorbell and i found the "missed" card in my mail box. They even didn't park their car in our driveway.
