I had to pick up my package at the warehouse as I wasn't able to receive my package once as I was working at the time of delivery. When I tried to reschedule my delivery, I was told that it was already in the warehouse and I had to pick it up.

What a bunch of retards…They never left any docket, nobody called me so I had to chase the sender to find out that my parcel is in their depot. Seriously guys just shut this business, you have no idea what you doing, it doesn’t make sense!

Following up with customer service was useless - zero empathy and no solution offered.

Australians deserve better!

Courier left my package out on the street where anyone could pick it up and steal it. I was home and they did not buzz my apartment or call to let me know they were here so I could come down and grab the package

Awful service, they had one job to do deliver a package on the day they said it would and failed. Waited all day called at 4pm said it would be delivered. Now 10pm absolutely nothing. Fing useless company wasted a whole day at home.

Gate was open, dog was secured. The drivers literally get out of the vans and drop a "sorry we missed you" card.

My worst experience ever. The customer service seems to have no idea about what is going on or how to assist the customer. Rude in general and very complacent. Management is awful. Waiting 10 days + on sensitive belongings with no update and apparantly had been attempted to get delivered twice despite myself being at home both the days, no calls recieved, no slips left.

Rubbish service, typical Australia post.
They charge top dollar for deliveries and just run it through the useless Australia Post service that takes forever.
They even have a message on hold saying not to abuse them over the phone. Go figure!

Was going to order a phone online, no option for a parcel locker and had bad experiences as many have had with other courier services.

So went into a Telstra shop and asked that the phone is delivered to the shop with the thought that surely the courier couldn’t pull the not at home trick.

Then I got the “unable to gain access” message. It’ll be quicker all deliveries just go to a post office to pick up to be honest.

I have a video of a courier with a parcel in his hand, coming to the door and not even attempting to deliver it by knocking, instead just throwing the collection card on the floor and running away, making customers pick the parcel up from a near by post offices. What do we pay them for?

Express Services showed item was on board for delivery. Then no updates. No ringing door bell, no card left, no messages, no nothing. Called Auspost and was told my parcel was taken back the depot without any reason. If the driver cannot do their job, then get someone else who can please.

Worse service I've ever had.delivery missed me twice, even though I was home. Didn't bother to buzz door, just left note.
Called up, asked if I could pick up from depot. Told I would be called when it arrived. Wasn't called the next 2 days.
Called support, was told to hold, then hung up on.

Had multiple packages sent from Samsung none got delivered properly and one package went missing for a few days (new phone). Unfortunately this is a consistent theme with Startrack experienced not just by myself over many many years but also colleagues and friends who I have been chatting to. This company is complete rubbish and I will be avoiding purchasing from companies that use Startrack in the future.

I had two parcels from Samsung, one was last Nov and the other one today. I all day home but no message, no phone call, no bell ring. And I live in apt. I missed both.
But for Amazon, Auspost and other delivery, I can always get them.
Star track, think if you have some issues?
I need to walk 25min to the local post office to pick up my parcel. Yes, I don't drive. It's my fault my problem not standing downstairs and welcoming the delivery guy. It's my fault not owning a car -i need to spend one hour picking up a parcel.
I tried to call, after long time waiting and checking details, the answers were NO. No re-delivery, cannot leave somewhere else, cannot contact the delivery guy, cannot complain here - cannot do anything.
Samsung should pay attention when choose partners.
I don't think customers are valuable to them. Star track is the king. They do whatever they want, same time they earn money.

They don't ring the bell or call either. I stayed home all day for a parcel and when I check the online tracking page late afternoon, it says unsuccessful delivery.the delivery folks at this company are running an absolute sham.it's not a courier, rather a depot to depot transport company.which needs you to pick up the parcel from their depot everytime.clearly the management is not bothered judging by the volume of low ratings here.

For parcel collection: Follow signs for AusPost! Go to unit 1A. Theres a collection window. Do not enter building, you’ll get shooed out very quickly.

Recommend improving signage and tracking info.
Card left, came to depot, parcel was on board for redelivery. Tried calling but super high volume of calls. I appreciate your hard efforts but that was maze to find you folks!

Worst courier service and customer service ever. Its been a month since I've ordered my item. Didn't get any message, phone calls or even a card in our mailbox to inform that my parcel was brought back to depot. In the tracking it just said "its on its way (Jan 7) " so I have called their contact number and theres a lady who answered the phone and said that she will give me a call back once she confirmed that I can pick it up in depot but I didn't get any response nor message from her. I called them again then theres an Indian guy who answered the call and I asked him what happened, why I didn't get any response from them ever since? He just told me "I dont know" How I wish I could give them a 0 star.

Forgot to mention, took me ages before they answered the phone calls.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Spent over 1 hour collectively for phone assistance (I.e. 3 separate calls because the calls kept dropping out mid way). However I have a hunch the 2nd guy literally hung up on me due to being unable to find a sufficient answer to my problem!

So 3rd time I called (after a 20-ish minute standard wait time) and finally got somebody a little more competent (I.e. Competent enough to navigate their own CRM/ES system) with a little bit of guidance from my side to FINALLY FIND THE ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR. This company really needs to start taking a more critical look at why they are continually receiving 1 star ratings on here!
