Stayed home to wait for a delivery, 2 cars in the driveway, 2 dogs that bark when ever someone comes to the door and apparently the guy tried to drop my parcel off. Very clear he didnt try at all and just left card in mail box so he could finish his friday run early.

Courier did not even knock on my door let alone leave a consignment notice, had to chase down the infomation from the sender.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Today is Friday and having checked the tracking number on their web site I see that the the local delivery depot (only half an hour from delivery point) have had my parcel since since Wednesday morning. Like many other people on this review site I paid top $$$ for express service and have got nothing. I tried ringing their customer service number which has me on hold telling me that "someone will be with me shortly" but I gave up after 20 minutes only to find that their web site says that they were closed an hour before I had started ringing? It would have been nice if the recorded message at least said to call back as they were closed. So, it's Friday night and obviously no delivery on the weekend so I'll be back on the phone first thing Monday. Received point to point tracking from UPS at each stage in the U. S and that tracking became useless once it arrived in Australia.

Waited all day for the delivery, I have two dogs and if anyone rings the bell or knocks at the door they are straight up and to the door, so I don't think they tried to hard. Wasted my day waiting.
Then instead of taking the parcel to my local post office I am told I have to drive 50 minutes to pick it up from the post office near their depot.
We need minus stars, I will be ringing the sender to tell them how bad they are this is not the first time.

If i could rate zero stars i would. Expecting a delivery today, called them and they were telling me my address doesnt exist. And i will have to wait a few more days for them to sort it out when i paid for express delivery. I asked if i could go pick it up from the depot they said no i have to give 24 hours notice

Sent something on overnight delivery and the customer received it 6 days later. Do not use these guys

Its not good, goods haven't turned up, so you phone only to be told i dont know where or when you goods will arrive? Can you please ring the driver? Sorry we have to put a request in to the team that handles this? Why dont you call the driver? Sorry its not my job? What is your job? I log the calls.this was the response from there tracking people on 132345.terrible service

I would place no stars if it would let me. Zero to no consistency in policies or procedures. Different rules depending on who you speak to and which day it is. Even less in customer service. Avoid this company if you can.

Unbelievable, Again failed to deliver a very important parcel.left a "missed you" card in the letterbox today but couldn't be bothered to come to the front door with the parcel. Must been running late!
We were at home all day waiting for this delivery and only found the card just after their office closed (4: 30pm), so now have to wait over the weekend till Monday to chase them up, which means i have to take a day off work to receive the parcel now (which I can't do!)
This is not the first time they have done this either. Paid a small fortune for express priority delivery and get nothing!

Had express post item delivered through this company, due to time constraints and they have delivered to incorrect address. And won’t be contacted for 24hrs due to the mishap. Really disappointed. Only recommend if you want to pay extra for not getting what you need. Eg Express post - next business day.

Great service across the coast.
The service and customer tracking features on their express services are phenomenal.
The drivers I have experiences are always friendly, (considering they are at work and have deadlines) and will normally have a brief chat.
Driving past the facility itself is very modern and looks to function relatively efficient from the people I saw walking around inside, as well as the trucks/vans entering and exiting. Reading the reviews on here may seem to act as a deterrent, however, I feel obliged to think that the poor reviews are actually a reflection of the opinions of others overall experience with the Australian Postal Service, and not this facility in particular.
I order a number of parcels through various times of the year and they are all delivered in expected condition and within a reasonable time frame.
Overall, great service, staff and experience.

***IMPORTANT***
From reading the previous reviews and comparing them to my own personal experience, I have to say that they are quite similar.as in the people working here are absolute pieces of garbage that have no respect for anyone. I went there to pick up a parcel today because apparently noone was at my premise to receive my parcel. I was home all day and did not receive a door knock.
When I got to their office, the door was locked and the people in the office were staring at me blankly for 5 minutes, I'm not even exaggerating. When they finally opened the door for me, they told me to wait outside and someone will come and help me. I stood there for about 30 minutes while they were literally staring at me.once again not exaggerating. I had enough so I went back into the office to ask about my parcel. They then proceeded to hand me my parcel.
Honestly, the company should review there office workers and in my opinion, replace them all with the homeless. They would do a much better job and help out society.
These office scum don't even deserve their privilege working here.

Driver 'ran out of time' for an express delivery with zero communication. Apparently StarTrack are busier then Australia Post. Also the previous day the driver failed to ring the door bell, lied that he had when caught attempting to leave a card.

Just had a courier (in a van in Saratoga today), an old white haired delivery driver with glasses leaves my front gate (that has a sign saying keep gate closed as dogs may escape) open and came to the door. Whilst juggling my 8 month old, I had to dash up to the gate to close it so my dog who was in the yard couldn't escape. I asked him if he saw the sign and he replied "what sign"?

He then gave me a box and left. I went inside and checked the address which indicated it was for next door. I ran out to the street but he had moved on. Then a few minutes later his van had returned and he was next door. I then ran up to my gate and told him he had given me next doors delivery.

Now I have my house number clearly marked on my letterbox as does next door. This delivery driver either couldn't be bothered to read the numbers on the letterbox, or due to his age and glasses has vision impairment.

Star Track Express you need to ensure your deliverymen can see or know to look for house numbers to match up the numbers on the packages! Its not that hard surely!

The driver didnt even come down my street and when i looked at my email it said that they had left a card in my door and they didnt evan do that. I had left instructions to leave at my door not to take to my local post office. They only scanned one of my two items so i carnt collect the second item. I find this is a disgrace.

Useless. "Delivery failed" on two separate occasions. The delivery address is open from 6am till 5pm. All details on consignment were correct after speaking to customer service, driver evidently cant find the address for some reason.

Stayed home all day to wait for my parcel since I got a text that it would arrive on the day. Kept refreshing the unuseful tracking page and suddenly it said "missed delivery" which was a complete lie. They never even rang my doorbell and just left the card in my postbox without even trying. Rang them and they said "it is at the post office". I paid for a door to door delivery. Horrible service provider and cannot believe companies and organisations are still using them.

Totally hopeless, time and time again drivers don’t bother reading the senders authority to leave at door.
Then trying to track down when and where to pick up parcel is a major joke.
This company should be shut down and leave it upto Aust post

If i could leave a review with no stars I WOULD. This place has got to be the worst company around. If you need anything shipped AVOID STAR EXPRESS. To have a company that constantly gives consignment notes of invalid address and item sent back is a joke. And to ring and sort the problem out and be told my email sent will be sorted in 24- 48hrs mmm makes me believe you must be back logged with complaints and re- deliveries from your incompetent drivers.
