69Avoid this company. My parcel was marked delivered but I never received it then when you put in a complaint there website crashes so you can’t proceed with the complaint
I was supposed to have a delivery made today. For the second time, I will be contacting this company to find out why my parcel was not delivered. I picked up the first parcel myself. I wonder if I'll have to do it once again. Very sad Star Track "Express"
The worst experience of my life. A simple delivery of a phone around the corner has turned into the biggest debacle.
This is what happens when you hire cheap labour. Lazy people who have no idea what they're doing.
Just had my signature required package left out on the street, couldn't even be bothered to leave it in driveway, thankfully my neighbours kids are honest little fellas and let me know, if this is the future and it was a person, it would be a person that I don't like

What a complete shambles of a company. Completley ripped us off on our account. Apologised and asked us to go through the refund process. The dragged it out and then said it is now too late to claim. Total clowns!
Package not delivered because we were not home.fair enough.
They left a card saying where it was and where we could pick up.
Went to pick it up and they said it was down the road but that location was closed. Went to the 2nd location the next day, but was told it was at the 1st location.
My suggestions:
1. Leave a card with the correct location of the package and the correct time for pickup.
2. Try harder.
Pathetic service. Item scheduled to be delivered by a particular day. When contacting their customer service I was told my item had not left the depot. When I explained that the online tracking said it would be delivered on the correct day. And no allowances for pickup at the depot either. That needs to be booked and pickup scheduled for 24-48 hours there after. If I ran my business like that I would be out of business quickly.
Even one point is too much.
Please avoid this service at all costs. I can't understand why any commercial organisation will use Star Track.
The don't deliver, the driver always just drops a card and I have to pick up card at the next post office. Too lazy to get his bum out of the truck.
Pathetic "courier" service.
Again, just dropped in the card today, to lazy to come up the driveway.
I got the message and run out to see the rear lights of the star track van.a useless "courier service".
Received an update that there was an attempted delivery 4 minutes ago, I have been seated in a place with a view of my driveway for the last 40 minutes. No one even approached driveway. No card left, needless to say no delivery was even "attempted" - Call customer service, immediately placed on hold with constant automated messages directing me to book re-delivery online, hard to do without a card left. Still on hold, amazing.
The guys who come to our shop in West Gosford are always nice and friendly. I have had absolutely no issues with the service.:)
A note was left at my door to collect my parcel from the depot at Tuggerah, the address was for Australia Post Tuggerah, went there to collect, the fella told me to go down the street to StarTrack to receive my parcel, get to the StarTrack at 4: 20pm and the door was locked, I knocked and they served me luckily.
They didn’t have my package, they said come back here 4pm the next day to collect it.
Went there the next day at 3: 30pm to collect my package, they delivered it to my address that day without my permission, without someone home etc, after we agreed to pick the package up at the depot.
How do you sleep at night lol
Great experience with them, they also deliver to our work address and we have had no issues with them!
Horrible service, never use again. Wait for whole day didn't turn up, raised ticket- supposed to callback, never did. Absolutely unbelievable, don't use their service
I could have rated 0 if there is an option. Star track is terrible as always. Missed the delivery being home all day.
As usual star track driver didn't ring the bell.
As this is a common problem everytime I have a delivery.
I'm pretty sure they are all contractors and there probably getting more money by returning a second time.

Worst couriers ever, I get weekly deliveries from one of my contractors through Star Track and in the past year not one of the 50 delkiveries has gone to the right location. I wish I could give them 0 stars
Total hopeless they lost package sent from West Gosford to Umina lost it for 8 days then put them in note in post box saying l have to go to Tuggerah to pick up parcel they could not run a bath
REALLY TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Today is Friday and having checked the tracking number on their web site I see that the the local delivery depot (only 20 minutes from my home) had received my express parcel yesterday morning. I paid extra $$$ for express service and have been told on the phone when they finally answered it is still on the truck out for delivery, lol. So, it's Friday night and obviously no delivery on the weekend, we all know the driver is at the pub so I'll be back on the phone first thing Monday, and won't use this company again. Shouldn't give them 1 star but couldn't post with none.
Really bad I called them and give them 24 hours to find my parcel they still don’t know where is it. It’s more then weeks I ordered and still haven’t received
The worst postal experience possible, express post has taken weeks too get anywhere. My parcel has sat at the Tuggerah depo for over a week with no movement or contact from start tracker, my online tracking says delivered and if I ring up it says awaiting pickup. I live 10 minutes from there pickup center and could have gone any day during the week to collect my parcel yet have not been able too. This is not the first time it’s happened, will not be ordering from anywhere that delivers threw star tracker anymore.
