Ordered overnight delivery pickup last Friday. It's now Friday again and the package still hasn't been picked up. Rang them four times during the week to try and fix this.

No wonder this mob have only 1.6 Star review. Should be -5 Star review. But they don't give a damn what reviews are left and obviously don't read them as there are no reply's to any of the reviews left and they can do that if they wanted to. I had a solid plastic container sent to another workshop (container I have used several times before) that turned up wrapped in plastic sheet because they had almost destroyed it and that was the only way to keep contents in what was left of it. When I requested a refund plus replace the container this is from the reply email I received - "we do not accept any liability for loss or damage (other than as required by law) unless you have purchased Transit Warranty". Yes that's right pay us more money and we will maybe look after it a bit better. Don't know how they stay in business and obviously hold no responsibility for handling of your freight. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

Not worth the star. StarTrack has poor customer service! Yes, I missed my package. I was trying to request for redeliver online but it wouldn’t allow me! Saying try again? I don’t have a car and I have to go to the depot and collect my pacakage but staff said my parcel has been sent back to UPS. WTH! Staff aren’t helpful at all.

Have to agree with other reviews, if there was another option i would take use that service, was told item delivered, after walking around the neighbourhood like a goose asking anyone about the parcel, I called and they had taken to the local post office, no card left to alert us of this fact, wish you could select no stars

0 STAR TWICE NOW TO LAZY TO DELIVER STUFF YOU HAVE BEEN PAID TO DELIVER. SAY YOU CAN NOT GAIN ACCESS IS BS TWO DRIVEWAYS THAT TRUCK COME IN ALL THE TIME AS ITS A WORKSHOP. DON'T USE THE CLOWNS AT THIS MOB IF YOU WANT IT DELIVERED LIKE YOU PAY THEM TO DO.

Not even worth one star. They won't even leave a package inside the letterbox even if it's not much larger than an envelope, if no one home. Drove 30mins to the depot only to find it was still with the driver. The VERY, VERY fine print on the notice said to pick up next day. Not happy Jan.

Useless postal service. Told multiple times onboard for delivery and then rescheduled for next day. Requested to pick up from depot as frustrated about wasting time waiting for item which never arrives. Email and phone call reporting at depot and waiting to pick up, presented to pick up and item not at depot and onboard for delivery. Express delivery taking over a fortnight and still not arrived. Do not use startrack if you want your item delivered

Waste of space next to none customer care. Why not leave the parcel at local post office. Have to travel an hour to pick up missed delivery and they don't open till 10 am. Useless company.

Bit of a saga in picking up a package from UPS sent from the States. Missed delivery and then processing time to pick it up from the depot. However, Star Track staff on the phone and the depot were helpful & efficient, got it no probs when all the boxes were ticked.

Worst delivery service in Australia. Lazy dŕivers. Leave parcels on street or return them to depot claiming nobody home. Also sit on delivery for days before delivery. Hopeless

Despite being home all day, the driver figured it'd be quicker for them to write the missed delivery message than walk the 2m to the intercom and get me to take delivery. Now I have an hour long drive to pick it up from their depot. THANKS FOR CHARGING ME EXPRESS DELIVERY FEES FOR NOTHING.

Customer needs and satisfaction does not exist at AustPost/Startrack. The "Not at home" card was left when I was at home and didn't see the card til after 4 pm - Friday afternoon, Pick up at depot hours 10 am-4.30 pm - smack in the middle of working hours for most people, not open even for half a day on a Saturday and then have to drive for half an hour to collect it. Here's a thought - why not leave it at YOUR nearest branch of AUSTPOST! Especially for small items? Unbelievable!

They go and change the " leave when no one's home" rule to "not leave when no ones home" without consulting the customer. Not happy.
Otherwise it's a great service.

Atrocious customer service - worst I have ever experienced with a courier company. Have to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone. Get told you cannot just turn up to pick up your parcel even though it is in the warehouse there. Come on this is disgraceful. DO NOT USE THEM FULL STOP

I had urgently needed equipment required which I was informed was out for delivery a mere 3kms from thier depot to my address.
The parcels were marked as not requiring a signiture yet, on my home security video, the drivers simply pulled up, dropped a card in the postbox and drove off. Simple laziness, how can you charge for a service you choose not to provide?

If you could give minus stars this company would be getting a lot of them. This company not only has VERY poor service, their customer service representatives do nothing to help you. They do not answer any of your queries with anything that is useful. In fact after sending a few inquiries they appear to have blocked me from tracing my parcel. I’m sure it is because they have actually lost or misplaced my delivery and try to cover it up with lies. They do not do anything to help their customers. Very unreliable. The name Star track Express is certainly not a name they live up to. It’s 2 weeks and counting still waiting for my delivery!

Have card left with information that delivery was missed and to pick up from depot but there is no depot information so put barcode into website missed dwlivery and told there is no trace of item absolutely useless just like auspost but you wouldnt expect anthing better from delivery companys like this australia even though we pay a premium price for the service absolutely discusseded
