Outstanding job done on my car. I had my 2004 Honda detailed inside and out and it felt brand new again. Excellent results, precessional and friendly service. Highly recommend.
I have made the mistake of giving this company a second chance. The point of using your service is so I don’t have to go home & re-clean the car. I took both of my cars in for a wash today & ended up coming home to finish off the job, I even stood there cleaning off dirt marks in front of the staff for them to turn away. I’m un-sure why you actually offer a 4x4/SUV clean (which is extra) if the staff aren’t bothered to clean it properly.
Will never use star wash again & honestly just want my wasted money back.
This review is for my mum who wanted me to write what a great job they did on her car. Timely, affordable, great job and they went above and beyond.

TERRIBLE! Worst car wash and polish ever!
Don’t waste your money and time!
If you want to polish and wash your car after paying for it, this is the place to go!
When I picked my car up it had streaks all over it. The staff and manager were completely unapologetic and said it was old paintwork.
The car is a 2015 Toyota Rav 4. I went to a shop and purchased a superfine polish, followed by another hand wash and it cleaned up completely (took me all afternoon to undo their awful work)
DO NOT USE THIS PRETEND SERVICE!

I don’t live and work at Balgowlah anymore but I still come all the way from East Hills to Balgowlah Start Car Wash when ever I need a friendly and a quality clean wash
