Quite a good job done on my SUV. Prices aren't the cheapest but the location and convenience is good.

The car looks great after a platinum wash. Excellent, timely service and the manager at Balgowlah is super friendly and professional

Pretty annoyed, I've been here a couple of times and the vacuum and wash is fairly standard.
This time around they've really rushed it and there's absolutely no care for quality.
Will use Warringah Mall next time.

I am very pleased with the way in which my car was detailed externally. I made an online booking which was simple to use which is important.

All things being considered a job really well done.

Not mentioned anywhere even website as per advice from employee who was extremely rude. Will not be using again.

Owner is very rude and charges double the advertised price. Their scam is to inspect your car, and point out any traces of dirt or sand (to be expected surely, why would you take a perfectly clean car to the car wash? !) and then charge you an extra fee because the car is “dirty”. He tried to charge me $100 to wash & vacuum my small hatchback. I left & took it to the Star Carwash at the mall where they charged me $57 and were a lot more pleasant to deal with.

Paid $150 for a wash and polish which was ok…interior was not done well. Mats were washed but the rest of the interior there were still dirt marks left on the doors and and floor trim. Vacuum job was not that good either.
Don’t think it was worth the money spent.

Very easy to book in and pay online. Good service receiving text msg when car finished. Excellent clean

Under new management and staff are extremely rude and attempted to add surcharges for basic items such as vacuuming. The staff attempted to charge me extra as the exterior of the car was ‘dirty. ’ The dirt came off when I wiped my hand over it!

Had my car wash done first time from here and got really good result. Highly recommended and Will definitely coming back next time.

Terrible experience. I asked them for the same clean I get all the time for $60. They wanted to charge me $90 for the same basic clean saying I had some sand in the car. There is no sand in the car! They refused to do a basic clean unless I agreed to pay $90 so I walked away. I will now be going somewhere else.

I have been getting my car cleaned at Stockland Balgowlah Star Wash ever since they opened but today I thought I would give it a special treat and got them to do a wax and polish and I am so pleased I did as the car looks amazing. They did such a good job on my 11 year old car and what was also good was that they finished at the time they had told me it would be ready. It cost a little more than the normal wash but the results were terrific. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I think the result speaks for itself.

My car hadn’t been cleaned in extremely long time so was not in the best shape but they did such a great job making sure it was returned sparkling clean. I was then shown in detail what they had cleaned and I so am very happy with the result. I got my car detailed and I am so glad I did because my car looks brand new again. Thank you to the Team at Balgowlah highly recommend and will return again.

Great experience with the team at Star Car Wash Balgowlah. My car took a bath in flood water this week but after a full detail it's looking (and smelling) like brand new again. Great service, fast and efficient.

Couldn’t ask for a better deep clean of my car.brought it to the guys here with mould and endless sand and dust after months in storage.they made in look brand new in a couple of hours! Customer service is great and their attention to detail is superior compared to most car wash places.highly recommend!

Really great job on a car that had been parked under trees, had buttermilk spilt in it and hadn't been properly cleaned in a year. Car looked and smelt like new!

Drop the car in very dirty (have 2 kids), and came out in near new condition. Inside out, the car looked very good. Suneet (I think) and his team did a great job.
