Star Car Wash - Balgowlah Shopping Centre

As usual outstanding service! Cannot express my gratitude enough. Not only did Sumeet’s customer service go above and beyond but he and his team did an amazing job cleaning and polishing my car. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
I wanted the platinum car wash which is advertised at $57.
The guy said that my wheel caps are a bit dirty…and said he could do the wash for $100.
Just to be clear, we aren’t talking about mud, just daily grim for local road driving.

My guess is, if I had paid him $100, he would pocket $43 abs the company get $57.

Do not go to these crooks.

Having recently moved to the city from the country, I took our Landcruiser ute down to Star Balgowlah for it's first wash in >5 years. The team were phenomenal, I was honestly lost for words when I returned to pick it up, didn't recognise my own car! Shout out to Rittik for being a legend, so kind and accommodating when faced with a daunting ute caked in dirt. 11/10

Had our SUV polished over the weekend. They also buffed out a lot of surface scratches. Exterior looks brand new. Really happy with the job.

Love dropping my car off here for a clean when I do the shopping. Unless its very busy, its usually done within an hour and my car feels new. Got an upgraded service last weekend and weeks of sand and dirt are gone. Very happy!

My car looks shiny and new inside and out. Will definitely get it done more often as I just can’t get this kind of clean. Staff were very pleasant to deal with and communication really good.

Can't be more impressed. Imagine this: I pulled in with a 2013 Holden that hadn't really been cleaned in years - with dust, grime, scratches and more from 2 kids. I'm selling it and needed to get in shape for someone to actually want to buy it. Now, I don't want to sell it! It's not the same car! Well done! Thank you.
