We recently had new carpeting installed at our unit and the team at Carpet Court made the entire process seamless. From selection through to installation, the personal service really took the hassle out of everything. We shopped around and found that the range of carpets were really ahead of other companies. Would recommend these guys to anyone!
I agree worst phone manners with the sales team, there are other carpet court we can buy from definitely not this sales reps.
Quite pushy from the start to put a deposit down while we were still trying to make a final decision. We were happy with our carpet choice until they became rude and defensive. Wouldn't waste your time - there are lots of better companies to buy carpet from without the attitude.

Definitely would not set food back to that store ever again and will definitely let family and friends know to stay away.
We had woolen carpet laid in our new house and the team have done a good job. We needed it done quickly in between settlement and us moving in! Hai in the store has been helpful and accommodating of our tight schedule.
The only negative was that the installers despite me asking to mind the just painted walls on multiple occasions (they saw the painters leave), laid their scrap bags against my freshly painted walls and left scuff marks in several locations!
