I have been using St Leonard’s Carpet Court as well as there store in Ryde for 15 years and have used them on commercial and residential properties both carpets and floor boards, the service is 10/10 on each and every time, nothing is a problem as they have the solution for every problem, i would highly recommend this company and i believe and know they will deliver the above each and every time.i have dealt with Gary, John and. Vache all great decent guys. Thank you once again for the help last week with my parents place they are so happy…

We had excellent service from Carpet Court Crowsnest in helping select the right wool carpet for our home.

The installers did a great installation and the carpet looks fantastic.

Fantastic service!
I went in looking to buy a small amount of carpet to line some shelves for my cats, Kai is so friendly and gave me some old samples for free!
I called earlier to their Chatswood shop before as well and the lady there was super helpful too.
I would definitely go there when I need to re-carpet my apartment.

Do not go to Carpet Call Artarmon. Terrible service.

Terrific experience working with Hai who was really helpful and attentive. Special shout out to the installers Greg and Josh who worked incredibly hard and have a terrific attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Seamless installation! Dedicated carpet installers stayed back to complete the job on a Friday and left the place tidy, with furniture in place. The new carpet and kitchen floor looks fabulous. Very happy.

Excellent attention to detail for both our hard floors and carpets. Installers were perfectionists too.

Carpet Court St Leonards did a really superb job for me and I am very satisfied at how my new carpet looks and feels.

From my first visit to the showroom where I was shown a large range of options, I had the very highest standard of professional service and courtesy. The layers were excellent too and I am a totally satisfied customer.

Had them back twice.
Since discovered, only part of the area where carpet replaced, there was new underlay installed.
In other areas the underlay was not replaced.
COVID hit and we did not want them back in the house.
Paid for bad installation and also ripped off.
Will never go back.
Purchased under spouse name.

We recently had vinyl floor tiles installed and all aspects of the job went really well. The staff in the store were great and knew what they were talking about, the measuring process was smooth and the installers were great too. St Leonards Carpet Court were very helpful, on time and did a great job when renewing the floor coverings recently in our studio apartment. Outstanding service- very professional sales team backed up by great quality installation. Quick turn around time from start to finish. The sales team were patient with me as I tried to find the best colour match to an existing carpet - the result was a near identical match and a very happy customer.

Carpet Court staff looked after us with utmost patience and kindness over a protracted time of choosing a new carpet for a new home.
We took samples back continuously so were back and forth
frequently. We had to cover stairs and flooring and they were particularly helpful coming out to our home and giving very valued advise on how to fit the carpet around a glass floor. We cannot speak highly enough of them and are totally thrilled with the carpet we chose - colour, quality and fitting.
